After repeatedly trying to offer me a sample after me repeatedly saying no thanks I went to order and asked if they had orange chicken and was completely ignored to be offered the sample THAT I DID NOT WANT again multiple times never once was my question answered about the availability of orange chicken continually asking me if I wanted the sample I left, this business has no form of respect whatsoever

Worst lunch I've had in a long time. The meats (beef and chicken) were swimming in grease. Noodles were absolutely bland and also super greasy. The whole meal was worrisome.

Food was bland, overcooked , soggy, and had no flavor. That's why they give it away in such huge quantities it sucks ! . I hate it too because famous wok used to be real good back in the day . Now the rice don't have any vegetables and it don't have that beautiful yellow freshly fried color. Neither does the meat , it's a bunch of hunky soggy coated "questionable" pieces of chicken . I decided to only eat the small pieces of chicken just In case the meat was old. Nothing has flavor, even my nieces noodles are limp, cold, and no type of seasoning . I'm really disappointed and wish I could get my niece her money back . I will never eat here again.

I've been eating here for years and the food is so good. The prices are reasonable and they have kids meals. The customer service is great and they give out samples in case you want to try something new. It is in the food court of the mall and there is plenty of spacing to sit and eat. The food is lined up like a buffet so you can actually see what you are getting. You definitely get your moneys worth. They pack the plates down. In all honestly two people can eat off one plate. I can go on and on about this place. The place is nice and clean. I give it a 10/10 highly recommend.

I came to eat here after traveling to Auburn on a work assignment. I was met by a man who first asked if I would like noodles or rice, I ordered rice, and then my entrees, I was wanting the two entree combo, the portion of rice I good sized portion, the entree size, well, was ok. He asked me if I wanted an eggroll, I said yes, thinking it was either included, or possibly around .50, which is normal for an eggroll, nope, it's also an entree, I was not notified, so I was placed in a different combo tier.On to the taste, horrible. The entrees were bleh, and the rice, which was ok, but not outstanding, but this is a mall Chinese restaurant we are talking about here, I found a huge hair holding onto a piece of chicken, I was absolutley disgusted. So I went to the eggroll, tasted like rotten food in a fried wrap.2 things should have tipped me off, 1. The first time that I haven't been able to see the people prepare the food in the back, and 2. the lack of a Health Inspection report being posted in view(Which by Alabama law has to be posted.)I was so disgusted I did not want to get some if all my money back, I promptly left.These people do not need to worry about seeing me again.

Food made me sick, I brought it back very almost completely untouched. The lady pretended not to understand and would not refund. Don’t go here. I should have known when I hat to spit out the luke-warm sample.
