These subs are SO GOOD! Service is good. Freestyle drink machine is a big plus. Only issue is it can get smoky...almost like an ambience.

This place is a bit on the pricey side, but they give you your money's worth. The employees are very nice and welcoming. I usually get the Philly cheese steak sub. I've tried three or for different subs from the firehouse, and every one of them was really good. Im pretty sure all their subs are great anyways. Definitely give this place a try!!

Came in and waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Super rude employees that only care about their paycheck. Literally don’t work if you’re going to hate yourself the whole time. They looked miserable. There were three employees and only one person was actively working. I’m an Auburn service industry employee and would’ve made their night with my tip. LIVE CUSTOMERS FIRST. Lost a firehouse customer tonight.

Subs where not steamed properly, I ordered 2 hook and ladders the bread on both had marinara sauce on them.. and my wifes sub had the meat shreddings more than actual meat.....very disappointing. You to love this companys food...after 3 time disappointing food time to take my money elsewhere.

I don’t understand why they’re putting up chairs at 6:30 while i’m sitting down eating and why they have their open sign off. Made me feel rushed out of there and did not enjoy my dinner as i was being waited on to leave so they could put my chair up. I understand getting stuff done early to leave on time but you should not be rushing your customers out.

The bread was good however, the sauce had a very sweet taste that was so off putting that it made me gag. I couldn't taste the meats or anything else in the sandwich because of that sauce. I have no idea what it was because I didn't see anything like that in the sandwich description. I will not be going back.
