As i am waiting for my order I was told 10 mins ago it would be ready in 5 to 6 mins. No sense of urgency what so ever. One lady is eating 2 ppl ahead of me waiting for their food. The employees look completely bored and seem to bot care

Best Five Guys I’ve been to! The employees are extraordinarily nice. Food and service was excellent. Best fast food experience I’ve had in months. Server Dylan H was very outgoing and hardworking.
It’s a five guys. Not better nor worse than any other five guys, except for the fact that it would be nice if they clean the sticky floor once in a while.

Ordered on Uber eats. A burger and milkshake, few hours later I knew I had food poisoning or a stomach bug or something that kept me up all night and on the toilet face down. SMH. Not five guys. Clean your stuff.

While the food was good, some of the staff were friendly and some of staff were not. My primary complaint is that I was not allowed to order two burger patties (nothing but the meat) without getting charged for a whole hamburger ($10+).

Worst Five Guy's burger that I have ever had!! In addition, the fries were COLD! I'm not from around here, and I needed something fast and good. Since I love 5G, that is what I decided. I ordered online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. The worker apologized because there were only two of them. I was patient. Then she made a burger with nothing but bread and meat. I was wondering who orders Five Guys with just the bun and the beef? Then she called my name!! I told her that it was incorrect, and she went back and added half the things that I asked for. I went down the list of what I ordered and she said yes to everything, but she had not put everything. Prior to today, I had NEVER had a bad burger from 5G, but today was my first time. My biggest regret is that I was wanting to try Whataburger, but I decided that I was too hungry to try something new. Big mistake because it could NOT have been worse than what I had today. Ordinarily, I wouldn't make a big deal over a burger, but that meal cost me $17! They are too expensive to mess up like that.

I quite frankly don't understand the hype. I had my first meal ever on Friday and was shocked that they charge $12 for the cheeseburger only. So I expected it to be amazing, but the burger was just average. I've eaten a lot of cajun fries in my life and these fries just did not taste that great. I'll save my money and go to Sheila C's for some amazing overpriced burgers and fries instead.
