Honestly hands down best fried rice. I love trying new things but fried rice is my go to. Staff is always so friendly. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like.

Everything I ordered I loved. The fish was incredibly fresh, the cucumbers in my salad were so crispy it was unbelievable and my miso soup was hot up until I finished it. I will definitely be back and absolutely recommend.

I ordered the sashimi and nigiri with a California roll for like $14 or so. Very good and fresh for the price. I've been to Sushi Hero and Fuji recently to try both. Fuji is better quality by far while Sushi Hero is more quantity. I am going to Fuji Sushi when I want sushi :)

Best sushi in Auburn hands down! The workers are always friendly whether eating in or ordering to go. I’ve tried the other local options but Fuji always wins. Their rice is properly seasoned and fresh. They know their sushi.Dietary restrictions: Willing to make special requests

The food is good.. the cleanliness needs alot of work from the old chipped dishes and the hard water stained dirty cups..tables aren't clean and had this waiter Johnathan that clearly needs to be trained properly on proper etiquettes, just puts unwrapped silverware on bare table that was already balded up in hand.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian dishes available

Just went here and I look and I see someone grab a jug of milk behind the counter well that wasn’t a big deal but then they look at the date and scrunch up there face so they take off the cap sniff and scrunch up again, so they tap another worker and say smthn to them and the other grabs it and sniffs but even worse they put the whole cap in there mouth and take a big gulp probably backwashing there lunch they put the cap back on and stuck it back in the fridge- we leftKid-friendliness: I would not take my kid here unless you want regurgitated rice in there chocolate milk
