I’ve had Good Karma 3 times. First two times I got Tikka Masala with chicken. This last time I got Tikka Masala with lamb and I got horrendous food poisoning. I suspect that the lamb was undercooked and improperly prepared. Their food is decent usually, I’ve had much better and more flavorful tikka masalas, but it gets the job done. I’m afraid I won’t be returning after getting the food poisoning though.

Just saw the reply. Notice they didn't reply to my comment about reheated food. Also, math must be a problem as my tip was 17%.Well, that was disappointing. We had been looking forward to trying this place and were hoping that it's better than the other Indian place in town.Alas, it was not to be. Very small, only four tables there, so most of their business is takeout.Went for lunch today. Two dishes plus an app and a good tip came to $40.The main courses had clearly been reheated. The flavoring was decidedly unsubtle. Two stars is being fair.As for the service, after delivering our food, the guy disappeared into the kitchen and we never saw him again.Guess we have to keep searching for good Indian in Auburn.

I'm vegan, and Indian food is usually on my list of things I'll eat when traveling. I popped in and on the menu are "Vegan Options: chickpea curry, vegetable curry."I ordered vegetable curry. Poor feller at the register could not figure out how to order without meat, but finally figured it out.. I thought.Out comes my food, and it is a bowl of rice with Tikki Masala sauce on top, with two small pieces of Naan, $16 + tax n tip.I sent it back and asked for the potatoes, peas and cauliflower that it says on the menu. They did remake the meal, and it was decent. This is not really what I would call an Indian restaurant. It is like the Chipotle Grill of Indian food.

Used to love good karma, but their food has gone into the toilet. If I could I would rate this a zero, their chicken seems to come from a can and tastes awful - like it was made with some kind of chemical. The Tikka masala tasted like nothing, as if it was tap water that had just been tossed with paprika and curry powder. They used to serve real food, that actually tasted like they cared about what they served. This review is based on the food truck on Auburn campus, which used to have the same quality of food that was served in the restaurant. It wouldn't surprise me if the restaurant is equally as bad. Also for $15 this place is not worth it, most I would pay is 10¢.

First and last experience here. I hate to leave bad reviews but I hate more to pay for food that’s not edible and gets trashed after the first bite. What they’re serving as tikka masala was puréed chicken (looked like, felt and tasted like it was from a can then put through a blender). The few chunks that weren’t puréed appeared partially cooked. Whatever sauce they’re passing off as tikka masala was equally as bad. If you want Indian food, this isn’t it.

I love the food, staff, atmosphere, but it is WAYYYY too expensive. It's crazy. An entree, side, smoothie, and desert for 2 people was $60. Yes. Sixty. Dollars. For two people. But if you ask me there's no better place in town to get Indian food. Just wish it was cheaper.Vegetarian options: Vegan options don't feel like an afterthought, they're pretty tasty even as a non-vegan. Can't go wrong with Chickpea Curry. Delicious.

Yikes! I just took my lunch from here, and it is awful. The naan was stale, the eggplant was undercooked, the potatoes all had brown spots, and the portion isn't big enough for lunch. So, that's literally every thing about it! The taste is ok. I never post bad food reviews, but, honestly, I'd like a refund for this low quality food. This is a review for the food truck on the Auburn campus.
