The cookies are usually consistently good. The store is constantly understaffed and it causes insane variances in delivery times. Sometimes they will arrive in 10 minutes and sometimes it takes 2 hours.

I stopped by to get a quick treat for myself. I got the Snickerdoodle cookie and it tasted pretty good. It took less than 2 minutes to pick and purchase my cookie and I was out. Definitely worth the visit.

Overcooked or undercooked, that seems to be the issue we always have. We live close by and get a half dozen cookies usually every weekend. We have decided not to keep coming back here. The inconsistency is just crazy at this point. One week we will get hard cookies that are dry and then the next we get ones that make a papertowel wet and they are mostly dough on the inside. Surely the people working here have timers to use, and surely they aren’t using them. Its became such a common occurrence, and throwing cookies away just as common. If they are done correctly then they are delicious. Your at the mercy of whoever was on shift that day making them though. The cashiers are always nice, the floors and entryway are sometimes dirty.

Nice atmosphere. Service , the young man pants were below his waste ware you could see his boxers. Not very professional. My cookies were very hard, and I always come here. Double Chocolate . Not happy at all.

Wow these kind of places should be illegal! Cookies and ice cream! I mean they have brownies too. You can't go wrong with anything you choose here and it is a lot quicker than we thought. The workers made great recommendations. They are open late too!
