Jack Brown's has one of the best burgers ever... at their Birmingham and Nashville locations. Unfortunately, this one in Auburn was just okay. The burger didn't have enough seasoning and the fries were way over cooked. The servers were very polite but service was so extremely slow. Also, prices have doubled. Highly highly recommend visiting Jack Browns in Birmingham.

Love the atmosphere, Love the food, and especially love the manager. Great restaurant for a weekend night out or a mid week lunch. Prices are good, drinks are cold, and menu is more than you could ever ask for when it comes to a burger joint. The main reason I frequent the restaurant )2-3 times a week) is due to their late hours and friendly staff. I am leaving my review as 2 star because they advertise to stay open all nights til 12 midnight, yet continue to close the kitchen hours earlier.

Our first time trying the food here. The burgers and fries were very good. I definitely would prefer if they had lettuce and tomato available. Our service for the most part was good But potentially lacking some attention But about 3/4 of the way through our meal we were greeted by Bryson who not only greeted each one of us But also took the time to say hi to my grandson who is 1. Bryson gave some of the best customer service that I have ever seen so much that I went back in to shake his hand and thank him.My advice would be to have everyone trained by Bryson and make his level of customer service the expectation.

The burger was very non-descript and quite small. The prices were awful for the amount of food you get. The burger tasted like it had dishwashing liquid in it. I honestly don’t have much to recommend about this place.

Recommend by a friend. Great atmosphere! Servers were polite and provided excellent service. Had Dr. Gonzo and sweet potato fries with iced tea. Special fries sauce is perfect for dipping. Very delicious and cooked to perfection. The music playing brought back memories'90s rock. Wallet friendly prices. First time, but I would definitely recommend it!

Got seated at a table, waited 30 minutes, and never saw our server. We did ask a few employees around the 20 minute mark if we could place our order, but were told no. The tables on either side of us were sat after us and served while nobody made contact with us. Ultimately my group had to leave and go back to work without eating lunch because of this. I've been to JB all over the country (including the original location) and I'm pretty disappointed the the auburn franchise doesn't live up to the standard.

I really enjoyed the food and service. Just personal preference, I normally don't like darker setting restaurants. I really enjoyed it.

Cool place with a huge rotating beer selection. The best craft beer selection on the block.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant only has high bar stools, so small children (under 10) may have a difficult time in their seats.

Burgers are a bit pricey for their size, but they taste great. SWat at the bar and service was attentive.

Small place but excellent burgers. Had the Dr Gonzo and Greg Brady. Burgers and fries were hot and served quickly. Friendly service too. Need just a few more draft beer options.

Attentive server, average bar atmosphere. Burgers are small (think slightly bigger than McDonald's hamburger) with a big burger price. Very little seasoning on the burger, and fries were frozen crinkle cut straight from the freezer. Very disappointed at such a blah meal from a restaurant specializing in burgers. Contemplated hitting a drive thru on the way home because that little burger did not hit the spot. Should've gone to Niffer's instead.
