I literally just tried to order in the drive thru, ordered my food, nothing else was said... NOTHING... after not confirming my order I pull up to the window thinking ok maybe they are having issues. The employees were all standing around!!!!! I've have many TERRIBLE experiences at this store and don't recommend doing business at this location because the service and good always SUCKS!!!!!!!

The manager and crew were very courteous and eager to help. The manager even asked if everything was good after I ate. The only issue I had is the Honey BBQ wing sauce is very spicy.

I wanted a Smoked Sausage biscuit but I couldn’t remember the name of it. I tried to describe it to the drive-through employee, but it was hopeless, so I settled for a regular sausage biscuit plus a steak biscuit. Very good.
Hello,I would like to give shout out to the best customer service restaurant at Jack’s in Auburn Al…I use to not like the Jack’s in Auburn Al on South College Street at one time because the customer service and the employees were terrible on food and their customer service, but now because of Ms. Roshelle, and Mr. Kenny is operating this facility and there is truly a change at this Jack’s now…I rate them a 100%

I ordered a two piece & biscuit. I specifically asked for “a thigh & wing”. They served me a half cooked, flabby thigh and chicken leg. I took the pieces back and said “it did not look fresh or done”. The cashier goes to back and tell the cook my complaint(so unprofessional) & the cook then proceeds to come to front look at the chicken then tell me, “the chicken came up @10” in a aggressive manner (very unprofessional) besides It was after 11 when I ordered.The cashier gave me a wing ONLY after I specifically said” the chicken” (thigh & leg) I was served did not look fresh or fully cooked. I will NEVER spend a dime @ the south college location AGAIN! The customer service is very poor & vividly rude, it makes Jack’s as a whole look bad.. Please hire workers who take pride in their job and serve us customers with class & professionalism.

The bathroom was messy. Floor was sticky, and I could hear my shoes peeling off when walking. Only got half what I ordered didn't want to give a refund for what I didn't get. Worst experience at a Jack's I've ever had.
I was racially discriminated against at this store. The staff called my name "Ching Chang Chong". I asked the manager to apologize, but they still mocked me.I was racially abused in this store. The staff called me "Ching Chang Chong". I asked the manager to apologize but they still laughed at me.

On what Planet do you stop serving B’fast at 10:12 in the morning?I changed this to a 3 because the Mgt responded. Wanted to make it right. We live out of town so it’s fine but I know of no Fast food place that doesn’t serve B’fast until 10:30 most until 11:00. Sounds like your Mgr of the day was just being lazy.

Me and my sister were starving and both craving some jacks. I went up there and when I ordered, they had been kind of nice. I ordered the chicken fingers with a bunch of honey mustard along with the two DOUBLE cheese burger meal with just ketchup and mayo. I get to the window and get my drinks and they tell me to pull up. I get my food and there’s no honey mustard in the bag whatsoever. So I go back around and let them know I didn’t get any. So I get to the window and they tell me that they can not give me any because there were no tops to the containers and they had no more honey mustard. As I’m trying to think of any other sauce, the woman at the window tells me to pull up to think about it because there was someone behind me. She said this very rudely and was glaring at me. I was already pissed because they didn’t even tell me that in the first place. I get home and open my food, the fries are cold, my burgers have pickles onions and mustard, along with them BOTH being singles. Not only did they have rude service but they got my order completely wrong. I planned on calling but I figured that they wouldn’t let me talk to a manger. I also did not receive a receipt with my order which is ridiculous. I never leave reviews but this was too much.
