My family an I Love Marco's pizza. We order form them regularly. Service was great! They was a little busy. But they worked hard to get the orders out in a great timely manner.

The lady in front of me was a NIGHTMARE. Her order was maybe 10 minutes behind and she pulled who I believe to be the manager or kitchen manager off the line to complain about her zero notice, Friday dinner order being a bit behind while repeatedly saying she "works in customer service." I'm a district manager and have been in FOOD service specifically for 15 years and I think your team handled it with more grace than I could have. Sorry for the tough client y'all but I saw a great response in store and thought someone should know.

Decent pizza, staff is very slow, average wait time is 1 hour, waited 2 hours for a medium pizza. Honestly Marcos and evaders is the same pizza. I wouldn’t pay extra for the name. Owner and manager needs to get his head out of his ahh and do better. They need to triple staff on weekends. I am reporting this store to corporate every day until they fix the issue.

I ordered a large pepperoni and a Mountain Dew, I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Shortly after I ordered they gave a pizza to the other person in the shop with me. Even I could see from where I was sitting that the pizza was raw and they were telling him that it went all the way through the oven but they would make him another one. Over the course of the wait 7 more people showed up and after an HOUR of waiting I was getting fed up and asked about my order. The guy said he’d check on it and I told him if it wasn’t ready I just wanted a refund. As soon as refund was mentioned “my” pizza magically appeared. I didn’t realize this before I left but they gave me a medium instead of a large, it was quite possible the worst cutting I have ever seen where half the pizza wasn’t cut through and the entire center was attached to a single slice and the top was burnt while the bottom was raw and there was no butter on the crust. So in short I waited an hour to get a smaller pizza than I paid for that was burnt that I am probably going to get sick from.

Ran here tonight literally like 5 minutes ago with my friend Mallory & I just wanted to say that they had the most organized production line with proactive employees and it was honestly really cool to see! Thanks for the whole experience!

I come in here several times every so often and have always enjoyed the "P-Mag". Although lately since my last visit in November it seems the afternoon crew have been missing the mark when its comes to quality pizza that i have come to expect in my visits. Ive had conversations with the owner before due to excellent service before but it has really fallen downhill the last couple of months. The best service i received was from two shorter gentleman with no name tags but they knew how to provide customer service and cook pizza. The older gentleman i see doesn't provide the same welcoming attitude to me and my wife. Ill always be back for the P-mag coupon code but lately during our visits I'm more hesitant to visit Marcos. i hope the owner takes notice of this. Ive noticed his quite active in responding.
Ordered make your own pizza. Failed to look at it before leaving. Instead of multiple ingredients ordered(&listed on ticket on box) it was a plain cheese pizza. They got my money but I didn't get what I ordered.

Ordered delivery. Tried to call to let them know how to get in the gate. No answer. The delivery time passes, no answer. Drove to get pizza and it was just sitting there. All 3 phones were off the hook. Worst customer service yet. Very disappointed!

Caleb who works on Dean at Marco’s is a LIAR!!! We have spent countless money at both Marco’s in the past. Tonight he quoted us a 30% discount that we didn’t ask for. Our total price for a small pizza, a 20 ounce soda and a garlic butter came to $11. I asked him to repeat the total and he did. Upon arrival, the fat girl said the price was $14!! I told her to talk to Caleb regarding the 30% discount he promised and he lied saying he didn’t say it when he was on speaker and EVERYONE at my house heard him!! They are a rip off so I told my Granddaughter it’s Johnny Brusco’s from now on!! I HATE a liar!!!

Don't waste your time. Waited over an hour to find out the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong house. Then I was told that the driver told her supervisor that she placed it in my hand earlier. Her supervisor showed up with her, but the driver never got out of the car because she knew she was lying her a$$ off. What a bunch of morons. How hard is it to deliver food to the right address. I asked for a refund and was told it didn't warrant a refund and was hung up on. Marco's is giving jobs to the mentally challenged. I guess that's about the only thing that may be positive...or negative if you rely on them for anything that requires thinking!!

Through the last 4 years and 2 addresses the Dean Rd. Marcos has been our go to delivery. The owner and staff are wonderful people all! They truly are neighbors. It’s a joy to support them!

Super sweet young people. We were in and out in proper time with great food that was done correctly the first time!Parking: Parking wasn't an issue. There are about 2 spots in front of Marco's. Other spots across about 10 yards in the same lot - where we parked. It's in the same center as other businesses with the same amount of parking - so if the other places have few visitors, you'll have more spots open
