How this place has such high reviews is beyond me. Their food is cheap because it’s extremely low quality. The baked beans literally had artificial bacon bits in them. My friend found a hair in her sandwich. The cashiers are always incredibly rude and despite a sign on their door requiring masks no one inside was wearing one. Save yourself the significant disappointment and try another place.

The website indicated that they are open until 6:30. I called at 5:45 to place a take out order and was very rudely informed that they were closed. I won’t bother them again.

I asked to speak to the manager and she was VERY RUDE! I kindly asked what was her name and I believe it was Tressie, Jessi, Tracey or something like that. This was not my first encounter with this awfully rude lady. ALSO, my chicken smelt like URINE. I was very disgusted I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Hour round trip picking up food from Mike and Ed’s. Ordered 2 plain jumbo sandwiches no pickle no slaw. Got home and both sandwiches covered in slaw and pickle. Called to get refund back to my credit cards and was told I would I have to go back to store and they close in 45 min. Girl on the phone had no customer service skills then she put me on phone with guy with last name Hamner and he is the one that told me I had to go back to store for refund. Honestly what led me to writing review was the fact not once did anyone apologize.
