The customer service was horrible went thru drive thru and took order then had to pull up to window to verify my order then still got it wrong.Had ordered mild chicken and got spicy and my sides was messed up was not what I ordered.Tried calling back to speak with someone after getting home called like 4 or 5 times and could not get anyone to pick up.Then call back the next day and was told general manager was to busy to speak to me about it.And person took my name down and told the problem but at end of call seem like she did not really care and response before ending the call sounded like she didn't believe me .

I have been to this location a handful of times and each time there is ALWAYS an issue. I am always told to park ahead and wait. That is actually what I am currently doing. 4 Cars (sofar) have come and gone AFTER ME. Every single time I come here, I wait forever. I also have the app so I don’t have to wait, yet here I am. If you’re hungry: go somewhere else.

The manager was so ugly because we were told 5 minute wait and we waited 15 . I asked for my money back . He made me go back to my car for .40 cents. I did and he was still so disrespectful! Would never eat there I am in customer service and have never been so ugly to any customer for any reason!

My wife ordered a number 2. She got the sandwich and it was packed with mayo. She had already wipped globs off before I took the photo. Fast food had one job, make a decent sandwich. This is sad, go to bojangels down the road this Popeyes is trash because of their employees.

The line was long only a few people working I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and two regular chicken sandwiches my fries were cold when I got the two orders the sandwiches were ok and warm.
