They towed my car! I parked and ran into the mall to grab one item before I picked up my to go sandwich I had ordered online. My sandwich was ordered to be picked up in 15 minutes and they had my car towed 11 minutes after parking. I will never eat at this subway again.

The only reason I'm not giving less stars is because my food is typically right and good. However, I ordered a curbside order to save some time, and realized I should have gone inside because the dude came out with have my food missing and told me to go inside and make my drink myself. Then when I asked about my chips the dude behind the counter raised his voice at me and told me I could grab the chips, and stopped making the sandwich he was making just to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable

Possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at subway? from the moment I walked in the guy making the sandwiches had a major attitude and was being so rude to all of the guests, rolling his eyes and making comments…definitely made everyone standing in that line feel like a burden for even being in the restaurant. And then the lady that was working with him wasn’t even listening, kept putting the wrong stuff on everyone’s sandwiches. I always try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but geez?

Paying customers will have their car towed/booted because the employee runs a scam with his tow truck driver buddy and reports your car immediately. Do not go here or park in their lot until that man is firedParking: You will be ticketed/towed even if you’re a paying customer. Avoid this lot at all costs.

The owners of this particular franchise had my daughters car towed. It was towed at 12:45 and her receipt from there was at 12:49. That is ridiculous!!! Auburn Xpress towing just sits there waiting to tow!!

Upon walking into this location, I saw they have a nice patio area with tables, but quickly realized that they were all dirty and gross. Once inside i found that the place was completely empty of customers as well employees. We waited for about five minutes, checking out the meat and veggies which looked pretty good and clean. Finally I pulled out my phone and googled the phone number and proceeded to call in hopes of someone answering so that we could inform them that customers were waiting up front. I could hear the phone ringing but no one answered. We took it as a sign from God that we didnt need to be eating there so we left and went next door to chick-fil-a. A Chick-fil-A employee informed us that the subway location has an issue with employees walking out on their shifts.

The worker Tim today was amazing, walked in and right off the bat he had a great attitude and smile. Made us a laugh and even put in advice for things that are good together and I definitely found a new favorite chip and sauce to get there. He definitely gave the room a nice and happy feeling on a nice day. Thanks so much to TIM.!!;)

6/27/2023 around 12 RACIST EMPLOYEEThere were two workers. One was a saint and the other one was absolutely horrible. I have worked in the service industry and If I would have talked that way to customers I would have been fired immediately and she should be too. Im literally shaking as I'm writing this and it didn't even happen to me. I just watched it happen. She treated a Hispanic family so horribly. She was racist. Got on to them for speaking Spanish. She was awful to them. They were kind and just trying to order a sandwich. It was racism plain and simple the way she was interacting with the family. People literally left the long line. I should have left to but I wanted to say something to her. I shouldn't have even given this store my money, and that is something I regret. I'm so upset on behalf of that family. This employee needs to be fired and that family should be compensated. I'm not overreacting. It was awful.

Can confirm.Even if you are eating at this Subway, the people who work there will get you towed. This is the worst restaurant in Auburn. How do they stay in business?Parking: DON'T PARK HERE YOU WILL BE TOWED

I wish I could give negative stars! Male working, threw the sandwich around he was making and rolled his eyes that we order a sandwich off the menu. He kept acting like he couldn’t understand my husband. Very disrespectful.The whole time both workers kept saying how they wanted to go home. It was 45 minutes before closing. I work very hard for my money and I wish I hadn’t spent it here. Their mentality is very off. Lot of people need jobs, they don’t have to work if they don’t want to! Some people use their last $7 at subway and I hope they don’t go to this one. Very disappointed

yikes. food was okay ofc because it’s just subway. but how does somebody literally tell you no to multiple questions and you end up doing the exact opposite anyway?? ?? bread got toasted, vinegar everywhere when neither were asked for and mind u the attitudes were insane for one of the only fast food places in auburn that is almost NEVER busy bECAUSE of the attitudes. like i understand the staff must be treated awful and the pay isn’t rly good, i’ve been there. but there is no excuse when auburn is filled with places that are hiring that are pretty good pay for high school and college students alike, or sixty something year olds who have never amounted to anything in their lives besides working at subway. the ppl who work here have no common sense and should just quit if they hate ppl coming in and ordering that much. like trust me bbies u don’t HAVE to work here. and btw the thing about the managers towing cars is completely true. it’s funny but not rly ?? and the ppl working on my order were OLD. like nursing home OLD. ok that’s a bit over dramatic but i can completely understand why the younger ones who work here absolutely hate their job. the younger ones aren’t even the issue more often than not and i’ve seen them cleaning up the place more than i’ve seen the old ones actually working!!! funny how that worksParking: so, using the parking lot is completely free but u may no longer have ur car there when u come back to it. so use at your own risk i guessWheelchair accessibility: they have a ramp u can use if needed. although it’s not very wide and certain types of wheelchairs may not fit.
