The food was great. They were busy. There was a slight language barrier between an employee and the customer ahead of me. The employee seemed irritated. Her tone was less than friendly.

They didnt care about what they were doing. They were constantly using profanity. They are open till 8 and they were clossing at 7:22. The bread was not good and they were talking about how they were ready to go home and thats why they didnt make no more bread.

Workers have attitude problems.

The service here is lousy. I don't understand why they work in customer service if they have a pedantic, hateful attitude towards customers. they don't deserve any stars

I arrived slightly before 930 and they were just starting to put the ingredients out. They employee was complaining that the previous shift hadn’t done—whatever they do—but to be fair, they open at 9 so I don’t know how they still weren’t ready to serve. Besides that, the employee who eventually took my order, just looked angry the entire time. I think it was a mix of “something” not being ready, and the fact that I didn’t leave when they said it would be a few minutes. I let a lot slide when people have good attitudes, but I legit felt uncomfortable in this store.*Adding photo for date/time reference, if management even cares*

It took 30 minutes to place an order inside for 2 sandwiches and a pizza. The workers seemed disorganized. One worker was texting on her phone while two others were trying to fill orders. No teamwork to get customers' orders completed in a timely manner. Disappointing.

Arrived one hour before advertised closing time and they’re already closed.

Never before have I had someone take more time to screw my sandwich up than it takes me to eat it. Keep in mind I'm in uniform and my job requires me to be polite, even on lunch.I walk in Thursday, 9/15/22 at 11 am and a new employee is trying to ask this guy a question and his response is "shut up, we don't have time for chit chat". I ask for a footlong club with ham and turkey on wheat. He then takes 5 minutes arranging the meat on the sandwich and adds bacon for some reason. I asked for provolone cheese and he reaches for American. I say "no sir, provolone please" and he ignores me. He puts it on the toasting tray and I tell him, loudly, that I don't want it toasted and he again ignores me. When he takes it out he just throws some vegetables on it, drenches it in mayonnaise (like, literally turned it into a soup of mayonnaise), and wraps it up all without me saying a word. The big older lady in there then decides to get rude with the new hire, yelling orders to her. This took 20 minutes out of my 30 minute lunch break for one sandwich. I wish I could give less than one star. When you remodeled the restaurant you should have remodeled the employees too. You can't keep people because of that old lady being rude for no reason and ol dude being borderline deaf and rude. i would name names but they don't wear name tags. I'll just get a couple of burgers from the gas station next time, screw this place.

If I was the owner of this one on 171 suge I’d fire ever last one of them ordered online and had to come up there for them to just start making my sandwich as he goes to make the sandwich it’s like he couldn’t read so I just told him what was on his sandwich instead after me telling him what I wanted he put other things on there while I told him what I wanted took him 15 minutes to make two sandwiches that I ordered online then, as well, couldn’t even wrap the sandwich and the person in front of me how to tell him how much his order was even went behind the counter and pointed at the cookie prices

Employees really hate their job, found a ton of hair in my food. All I can say is at least it's a subway. 0/10 workers...

I absolutely hate this subway. Everytime I come there is one or two women workers who have the nastiest attitude and always complaining. She rush making my sandwhiches and is so rude. Dont waste your time or money on them.

If you ever want to visit a subway where NO WORKERS are present this is it. I mean no workers are physically there. The restaurant is open, but no one there. Just make your own sandwich like you do at home. If you own this location your workers are idiots. Time to upgrade them.

completely random hours. They were closed at 5 on a wednesday, I tried 3 on a sunday, and 5:30 today (monday) there are two employees just smoking in their car with the door locked. When they ARE open, if you can ever figure that out, the employees are lazy and borderline incompetent. I ordered online from there many times and they have not once gotten my order completely correct. Often not toasting, “forgetting” toppings, or sometimes giving me something completely different than what I ordered. not sure why it’s so difficult to follow what’s written directly in front of you, but I suppose that’s too much to ask from the same people who lock the door during dinner time on a weekday to sit in their car smoking. Nevertheless, when the food is correct, it’s good. However, that’s rare so good luck. It’s extremely frustrating never knowing when they will be open. Needs to management who cares.

Talking about current/former employees in front of customers and being rude to other customers is unacceptable, and I am sure she is the manager.
