Stopped by this location on Ogletree to pick up lunch for my daughter and me. Elizabeth was such a joy. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. She was swift with making my order. She even helped add a mom note for my daughter! I definitely recommend you visit this location!

Horrible!!!! No greeting. He just stood there looking at me so I has to assume he was ready to take my order. He didn't ask what I wanted on my sandwich just started making it and put the wrong cheese. I was still ordering food when the cashier tried to make me pay. I still was placing orders for sandwiches so how did they know what to charge me for. I told him I wanted to split the payment with the person with me and he charged the whole thing to my card without saying anything. If I didn't have enough on my card to cover that could've been a insufficient fund fee. He tried to keep my receipt when I got ready to leave. I hadn't been to subway in are least a year and I guess this is what I get for trying them again. I hope nobody else has this experience.
We had dinner on Friday night and loved it so much we had to return on Sunday for brunch. Lisa leads a great staff. Customer service is spectacular. A must eat.

If I could give no stars I would..Did an online order didn't check it until I got home..Order 3 cookies only received 2...My sandwich was supposed to be toasted but wasn't..Was supposed to have cheese but didn't..Bread was just wet...Had to take it apart and use my own bread..Never had these problems here before!!!

It's hard to screw up a sandwich. Or so I thought. I ordered a "hot" steak and cheese. Watched the young kid make it and he didn't heat it up beforehand as all hundreds of these were done in other locations. When he asked if I wanted it toasted, I said yes. How else would it be heated? Then when my 2nd order was a rotisserie chicken, I asked him to heat it first. With a smart teen tone he said all the meats are pre-cooked and don't need to be heated. Even though the bins are literally freezing and have ice forming on the sides, he thinks heating the meat isn't needed. Then he goes back to the first sandwich and uses a knife previously used to cut sandwiches to cut mine. How do I know? He wiped it off several times before he used it to cut mine. So here I had the chance to teach him how to do his job or simply move on. I was hungry and it was late so I moved on. I have a microwave at home which would heat and sterilize my sandwich. So, avoid this place until these boneheads learn how to make simple "hot" and clean sandwiches.
