This place is amazing!!! Incredible staff with amazing ticket times. We got our food so quickly and it was delicious. The chef’s from the kitchen even came out to our table to thank us for eating there. Ambience is a 10/10. Staff is incredible. Laura, Auburn and Maddie we’re so friendly and awesome. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Taco Rita!!!! I love you!!!!

I got a to go order of fried avocados and when we places the order they said “it’ll be 20 minutes” and it was not busy at all and then I came back and they said “it’ll be 20 more minutes” and keep in mind it still isn’t busy. And then I get this half don’t fried avocados with barely any avocados. I know when u eat inside they give u more than this. They where slimy and not fried. AN HR for this. This isn’t the first time.

I wouldn't recommend Tacorita. We waited over an hour for our food. We had subpar service (I am being very gracious). The quality of the food, unfortunately, did not make up for the disappointment. there are plenty of places nearby that I believe are easier to appreciate and enjoy. I do however, hope something will be done to improve the quality of service and food.

Waited 1 hour for cold food. Will not be coming back again. I decided to come here off a friends recommendation and it was not a great experience. Maybe it was staffing issues, but I didn't understand why the food was cold.

This is my favorite taco place because of the large selection of tacos. They offer some unique flavors. I've been multiple times and every taco I've gotten has been great. I took one star off because the service last time wasn't as great as it normally is. They forgot to bring chips and salsa and the table was sticky.

The tacos were really good and they had a nice variety of beers on tap. However, bartender Brenden was terrible: said two words to us the whole time. Then when we pointed out that he had charged us for four beers when we drank two, he looked so annoyed that he had been called out on that. Also there was a general sense of chaos in there. One guy was waiting on a take out order when we arrived and was still standing there looking appalled when we left. Get it together, people...

There's no shortage of mexican restaurants in Auburn, but Tacorita is definitely my favorite of them all! Out of all of the mexican restaurants located in the Auburn area, I would say Tacorita's food and environment is most comparable to Taco Mama. I've tried so many different things on Tacorita's menu and been pretty impressed with all of it! The only thing I didn't love was the chicken tortilla soup only because it was a little too spicy for me (but I can't handle much heat at all). Both their tacos and quesadillas are amazing! I highly recommend trying out the quesadilla with grilled shrimp! If you like mexican food even a little bit, you should definitely try Tacorita!

Good food, horrible service. Had to approach someone to ask where to pick up To go order after they avoided me for 10 minutes. They proceeded to look at my food and tell me it wasn’t ready yet. After waiting another 10 minutes the manager approached me to rudely ask what I was waiting for and when I told him he asked “well what is the name” with a tone in his voice. Goes back to get the food that has been sitting there getting cold for 20 minutes and walks back and hands it to us with a blank face without saying a word. Order was also incomplete. Tacorita could be amazing. Emphasis on "could be." I have eaten there several times, and out of at least six times I had warm food only once. The waitresses are so rude and extremely lazy - lazy enough to not split a check for multiple parties. I have ordered queso every time I have been there and maybe once it was warm. The rice and quesadilla are not good so don't waste your calories. Margaritas are sub par, and wait time on service/food is unreal. Seriously... do not waste your time here.

Where is the management?? This place used to be awesome and well run. New management has come in and place has gone downhill big time.No one greets you at the door. Workers just look at you and continue their personal conversations.Expect to wait forever for your food and service lacks attention. Food used to coke much quicker but it seems they lost all of their good staff.Management is lacking and staff does whatever they want without trying to improve customer experience.I hope this is noticed and fixed asap because we want to keep supporting this establishment after the owner has passed away.Accountability and organization will go along way here to bring this restaurant back where it was.

Food is good, but as someone who used to work at tacorita; the pay was bad and Scott was a terrible manager. Recently I've been made aware that scott no longer manages there so maybe things have changed. Can't speak to how much the folks at TacoMama are being paid but washing dishes wasn't worth the $9 and verbal harassment at tacorita.[I was a minor while working here]

Don’t believe “Taco Tuesday” - they advertise $3 tacos on their Instagram and neglect to tell you until after you’ve eaten and go to pay that there was a special menu of those specific $3 tacos they didn’t give you. Super misleading to hide the taco Tuesday menu behind that bar and not mention that all tacos weren’t $3. When we brought it up they just argued with us. Terrible experience. Certainly won’t be going back.

Front of house was slammed and did great, couldn't move faster! The bartender was on his phone, the manager(?) was eating behind the bar, all while people were waiting on tables to be bussed. Kitchen staff had a dance party while people were waiting for tables to be cleaned. Food was slow and mediocre. Restrooms were filthy. All signs point to terrible, if not absent, management. 10/10 go around the corner for a better taco experience.
