Usually I go to Waffle House and leave full and satisfied. But, today was different! Maybe I came in as they were changing shifts. Even the coffee wasn't good today.

Tonight was kind of sad. This has always been the “go-to” Waffle House in town. When we arrived we were told to sit on one side of the restaurant. Makes sense when not crowded to keep everyone located close. However, the booth was dirty, the seat was dirty, there was food on the floor all around it. The didn’t clean it or let us sit elsewhere. We started to leave and I asked if they could at least wipe down the seat. The food was fine but the service was not great and the place was really filthy. The window beside the booth was smudged with grime and handprints (or something yuccky). When not specifically cooking or serving, the employees were just leaning on the counter pecking on their phone. No attempt to clean the food up off the floor. It is unfortunate because we won’t ever go back.

Not sure why but it’s 8 and they are telling me they can’t do to go order and all I wanted was a waffle . And the guy cooking was very rude about it . Hire some ppl if your workers are upset about being short staffed this location gets a 1

Dumbest Waffle House I've ever been into. Walked in @9am on a Sunday and a guy working there stops me at the door saying "Can I help you!?" I said yes I'm coming to buy something to eat! So I stand at the register and no one takes my order. I sit down after about 5 minutes of waiting and they immediately help the customer who was behind me. Could've been a race issue. It was just us when we went. About 3am. They were only doing dine in. It was nice, food was good and fast, and it was open. I wish there were more places open early like Waffle House.
