Thought I was ordering a pan pizza on app, but checking details 15 minutes before ride up to get at the appointed pickup time, noticed in order details that I was picking up a hand tossed. Immediately called to see if I could get order changed. I thought that it was probably too late and that it was in oven already. The person answering phone informed me pizza was out of oven and waiting for pickup already. I’ll accept some blame for not checking order details earlier, but not the fact that pizza sitting under heat lamp 15 minutes before scheduled pickup time! When I actually got the hand tossed home, wife and I noticed the hand tossed crust was dry, no flavor with the consistency almost of card board! Has the hut changed recipe?

Changing my view on this Hut.Came in around 3pm today and found Les working hard cleaning up.We were on the fence on what to get and Les was very polite and made suggestions based off what we were discussingHe went above and beyond in making sure that we were happy and well taken care of.Got 2 mediums, a personal, wings, sticks, and salad. Goodness they were so good!I would so suggestions coming in and giving them a try.

The buffet never has any variety. It is always just pepperoni pizza, a pizza with 1 meat, or a supreme. I just ordered carryout today and the breadsticks had no seasoning on them at ALL and we ordered the hot honey pizza and after we got to the window they said they stopped making that pizza and don't have any more of the hot honey that goes on it. The app should not allow you to order something that isn't being made any more. Every time I go to pizza hut it gets worse and worse. The prices are always increasing, the portions of the sauces and seasonings are always decreasing, and the quality keeps going down as well. I think I am done with pizza hut I will stick with dominos.

Maybe someone called out, but I stood and waited to be seated from 5-10 min (on my lunchbreak) before I simply asked the girl at the register if I could seat myself. To be fair, she did have a line at the register, but also, there were so many empty tables, she could have just motioned or something to say go ahead. Came to the buffet at lunch time for variety, but only was able to see 2 pizzas put out in the time I was there and both were pepperoni. Cinnamon sticks never moved and tasted like they had been sitting for an extended period of time. On my way out, another customer was complaining of the same issue, demanding a discount. Hope my next time isn't like this, but I usually go through the drivethrough for this very reason.

Food was cold, box was squished, and the dessert was under cooked on the inside making it a gooey mess of rubbish. Only the wings were alright, food wise. And the driver was nice at least. 48 buck for basically just wings cause the rest of my order was garbage, not worth.
Placed order online for pickup. When order was picked up by my wife all of the order was not given to her. Called the store and informed them of this. Was placed on hold and no one responded on over 20 minutes. Called back and couldn't get the store directly. Explained to situation to the call center and was put back on hold again. Stayed on hold for approximately 20 minutes again. It ridiculous to use the hold function to wash issues away. Will think twice about ordering anything from the bay Minette pizza hut again
