I had one of the best experiences at this Arbys tonight, the guy who took my order and gave me my food was an absolute delight wish I would have got his name to brag on him. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was Hot and everything was great!

I was in drive thru today. Before I could start my order,,the person in drive thru said we have no roast beef and will 30 minute wait… Not my apologies or nothing.. I said okay do you have the fish.. She said we everything else but roast beef. So I said May I have your fish deluxe combo. So I get to the window after I paid she handed my soda.. closed the window. then handed me my food.. I drove off and open the bag to have a curly fry and they were ice cold! I touch my sandwich and it was also cold. If I had time I would have went for refund. But to say this if you don’t have the item that is known for available at least have the other items hot and good. Please work on better customer service.

As always, Arby's never disappoints. Whether you're just getting their amazing chicken fingers or you're getting the French dip sandwich, you'll find whatever you get is amazing. The staff at this particular location pays attention to detail and gets my order correct consistently. The dining room is clean and spacious.
