We came from Tuscaloosa. We was on the way to somewhere else but we saw CloRay and decided to stop in. When I tell you it was a HOMERUN!!! So delicious ? and she is such a sweet person. We will MOST DEFINITELY be back! Be Blessed.

Really needed to update there information .... Headed with the family to the water park soon this place had great reviews and the food looked amazing , pulled in around 10:50 and before we could get the car in park the lady ran to the door to holler that they don't open till 12 .. yettt there was 4 cars in the parking lot and a lady went in as we was leaving ..

Stopped in for breakfast. Clean and nice atmosphere. Food was hot and prepared perfectly. The owner was very nice an it is obvious she takes pride in her restaurant and the customers. I'll be back for lunch 100%

The food is always plentiful. Which is important for me. I don't mind paying if the plate is weighing. Lol. And weigh it does indeed. I always get the oxtail when I go. I haven't been able to find anyone in Birmingham that can mess with her on those oxtails. To say they are finger licking good would be doing them a great disservice.Her service is always friendly. And you won't be disappointed with the flavor or the portions. Fat people know. Trust me.Vegetarian options: She does have vegetables and starches if you aren't into meat.Wheelchair accessibility: Does have a ramp to the front door. I don't know how to gauge how accessible it is beyond that.

Love it. Owner is real and funny as **** I enjoyed the food as well as the conversation with the owner. I will be back and I'm bringing all my friends. Greens were tender hamburger steak was as well. Cornbread on point. It was good only 4 stars because she's not open all night and I'm a night owl lol

Ordered a meal from these people on Doordash and scheduled it to be delivered at a certain time. They accepted my order and took my money but then claimed they closed earlier than advertised. I did receive a refund but was very hungry and had to wait for another hour for a different order from someplace else. This place is a joke.

I’ve looked at some of these reviews and they are from my stand point false. The owner is funny and very friendly I don’t eat everybody’s chitterlings but this is one of the best places I’ve had them at since I’ve been in Alabama . I always get a plate of chitterlings with 2 sides and a additional side of chitterlings here. Don’t believe the hype the food is good. Before I go back to Florida I will be getting some more of your chitterlings girl. Thanks for making them!!!!!! Keep doing what your doing haters are good to have just let’s you know that you are doing your thing LOL!!!!

Online buyers and Dashers beware! I accepted a Doordash pick and dropoff request, arrived at the location, and was told that they are not accepting Doordash orders because they need to adjust their prices. (Followed by - "It's simple...Do you understand?") As a Dasher I do receive half payment, but that's still a loss during peak time because I have to spend 15+ minutes calling Doordash support to clear up the situation. Additionally, the customer is disappointed (and hungry) since they also have to sort things out. It's important for businesses in our community to do well, but it's time to hold them accountable for simple things like providing pricing for goods and services.I will say that the food smells great; so despite my poor experience, give them a try if you are in the area.?
