I usually get great food but not today. I ordered rib plate (small end) baked beans and corn on the cob. The baked beans were scorched, burnt taste, the small end ribs were the worst I’ve ever had, tough and dry, almost like jerky and they were cold and mostly, they were not 4 bones. They covered them in barbecue sauce to make them look good but they definitely weren’t. I was headed to an appointment and couldn’t return the food. The best thing on the plate was the corn. I wasted time and money.

Every time I visit Alabama, I crave either bbq or soul food. Today I was in the mood for a loaded potato with chicken. I have been to several locations of Full Moon and this is one of my least favorite locations. I went to the location and placed my order. I was told they were down to 1 potato. I went to the restaurant around 4. I'm usually very pleased with this restaurant, everything was off. I definitely don't recommend this location.

They put mayo on my hamburger even when specifically asked not too…which I will not eat so that was a waste of 7 dollars. It went in the trash. I ordered fries and they gave me onion rings. They got absolutely NOTHING right in my order. I won’t be back.

I only eat at the Full Moon off exit one in Bessemer. The service is outstanding and the food is always fresh and hot. The store looks clean on the outside. Always see someone outside picking up trash.
