Honestly Jack's has awesome food and they have not changed anything about them. I used to like McDonald's double gravy and biscuits but they change there recipe so now Jack's has my favorite double gravy and biscuit so please please don't change the recipe it's soo good lol. And there Big jack burgers are to die for they are delicious. I have great service every time I come here for food. Service and the employees were awesome. Keep up the good work guys. REMEMBER PLEASE DONT CHANGE THAT RECIPE LOL JUST KIDDING. ?Parking: Jack's in bessemer has a parking lot just outside there restaurant. So it's free to park but only if your dining in or taking out obviously lol. Clean lot for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible. Definitely easy for people to get out there car especially the ones that need handicap parking or disable. And for the ones that don't have a handicap parking tag or sticker indicating you are disable please be mindful for those who are alot of handicap people can't get out of the car due to there disability and that handicap parking is for them and not some person that is able to walk. Please put handicap people into consideration. Not ranting lol just stating facts. (DEFINITELY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE)

The management and crew all need to be retrained. The lack of professionalism is next level! I come in the restaurant to make sure my order is correct, get back to work and it's still wrong! The manager is either gone or in the office and when he is there he is counter productive! When you tell him a concern or complaint he acts oblivious and unconcerned then tries to semingly blame you for the issue. I have spoken with the district manager and he seems to be unconcerned as well. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE, the only reason I visit when I do is because it's close to my job.
I asked for strawberry jelly. An employee with a nose ring grabbed the jelly but I guess they put it in their pocket, because it wasn't in my bag. To make things worse they also forgot my hash browns. Who's checking orders? Who's the manager? So they even have one?

Three strikes and you're out. This location needs to be shut down. The food and service sucks. Employees are lazy rude and inconsiderate the food is served cold and old . Milkshake are nothing more then milk with very little if any ice cream in them fries are served cold and over salted making them uneditable and chicken 8s either always over cooked or uncooked. Do better jacks or just shut the damn doors!
