We came in ordered pizza Xl .The cashier said about 25 min.40 min later asked where was my pizza. Had to show our ticket to her.. Dont know if she was a manager she said the girl gave it to someone else .She said ill fix u one be ready in 10 min.20 min later she said its ready brought pizza .No plates , I'm sorry or nothing except mistakes do happen . wow .I had to go ask for plates and I asked if we could have some garlic and she said there is a charge for those. we waited over a hour , wow .

My family got 2 large pizzas with cheesy bread for my birthday dinner. It was absolutely delicious! I ordered through the app and it was a total cinch. I really look forward to trying more on the menu!

Worse location in Bham. Employees standing around playing on their phones and touching their hair. Order was wrong, not worth the time. Terrible.

Though the food is typically really good, it really doesn't matter when you have to wait 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I ordered online. I arrived a few minutes past the pickup time they gave me only to find they hadn't started the order yet. Still standing here waiting 30 minutes later. Sorry, but that's no way to run a business. No plans to come back anytime soon even if it's the best pizza ever.

I love that the food is cooked to order. The sitting area needed cleaning, nasty tables, floors needed to be swept, no napkins in dispensers.

Placed a online order and I’m still waiting on someone to come to the phone 30 mins later!!! I want my order cancelled!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Like the pizza but isn’t worth this!

I'd give less if I could. Put in an online order at 6:50pm, says ready at 7:22pm. Haha, nope or at least I'll never know. Stood in line to just pick it up. Finally made it to the front of the line and someone random asked me "pick up or order?" I said pick up, it was an online order.30 minutes later and not one of the 7 employees acknowledged me, which is somewhat irritating especially after people ordered food while I was in line awaiting to pick up our order.I'd understand if the order was complex, but wings and a pepperoni isn't a game changer.
