Got a chocolate milkshake when I asked for strawberry, and the quarter pounder we ordered both were very greasy. Having the mcdonalds app is cool they have daily coupons and deals, and you earn points every time you order using the app. Then if your using cash you can still use your app by giving the code out generates to the cashier. I've had issues with other apps only being able to use a debit card or other electronic transaction to benefit using the app.

I was coming 45 mins away I stopped at another McDonald’s locations and ordered a 6 piece nugget and I ask could I make it a meal or is it just the ten piece they said yes my total was 7.00 even .. I wanted to stop at a closer location to where I was picking my daughter up so her food would not be cold and I went to this location the lady took my order and I ordered the same exact thing then when I pulled around she charged me for a 10 piece nugget and it was 9.98 the girl went and got her because I asked why is it 9.98 when I just left another McDonald’s and it was 7 so she told me she rung me up for a 10 piece when the lady came to the window she was looking at me crazy and already getting a attitude so basically she said they don’t have the combo and rung everything up separate which still came out the same price even tho I had a 6 piece the other girl told me they did have a 6 piece combo .. I think the lady was the manager and for her to be a manager sure don’t know how to work a damn register smh I charged them lil 2 dollars to the game but they need to work on their work professionalism and retake training

The best thing I can say about this particular McDonald's location is that when I go into order a caramel frappe... They actually have the product.It has been my experience in the last 6 months This is the only location where you can order a frappe. And you will actually get it without any problems. Every other location has some excuses as to why they can't make it for you..(They will either tell you the machine is broken, they're cleaning the machine, they're out of frappe mix, and my favorite excuse... They don't know how to make the frappe!

Tend to see more employees standing around than working. Then whomever has to serve you usually has an attitude. Overall not pleasant.
I took my son and niece for some quick fun and easy food, lol. The staff was VERY professional and the wait wasn't long. The play area was clean and comfortable. The kids had fun and I had fun watching them. I'm so glad I came. #StraightOutOfBessma❤️ ?#
