I recommend finding another McDonald’s in the area. There was one other person inside, after waiting for half an hour we finally asked about what’s going on with our food, I don’t think they would’ve made it at all if we didn’t say anything. After a while, we finally got our food, packed to go, even though we were dining in. My burger was just slapped together not even properly wrapped, the fries were drenched in oil, tasted old and gross and we ended up throwing them out. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, and overall this was the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve had. Waste of an hour of my time, for terrible service, and food that didn’t taste good at all.

Repeated order 4 times and it still was wrong. Ordered 2 hamburgers mustard only, didn't have no mustard but everything else. Frappe machine was broke, so I told them never mind, then they, had to wait cause no Fry's, had to pull up and wait approx 15min...then they ended up making a frappe anyway when I said I just wanted a refund!! It was very thin?This place was horrible

Bathroom sinks didn't work. No water supply. BUT, my wife asked an employee for assistance after she put soap on her hands and couldn't rinse and the young lady brought her a couple of wet paper towels and a couple of dry ones to help. Big Macs were good.
This is a 24hr drive thru. At 3am I ordered single biscuit & gravy.We don't have that she said. Ok what do you have? Lunch she said. Ok can I get a cup of coffee? Hold on let me see if she's made any. Ok who orders lunch at 3am. Why is there no coffee? I know it's hard in Bessemer, Al to find good people to work so early but a job is a job and they don't care about your situation. Last time I ever go to a McDonald's anywhere anytime.
