The service at the hueytown McDonald's is absolutely horrible. Every time I go, I sit at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledges that I'm there. I constantly hear that the system is down or it's cash only. Then they have me pull forward and wait for 10 minutes just so the timer starts over. That's why they make me wait at the speaker because they're slow and the timer will show it. I'm done going to this location.

Came in to grab a quick lunch, nothing was quick. They had their kid or grandkid in the dine in area and were just messing around. Was upset they took so long and gave us a happy meal with old tasting fries, they weren't even busy in the dine in or drive thru they were just distracted by the employee's child. Do better, because that was ridiculous.

It took a while in the drive thru to get a Big Mac and two hamburgers. They seemed to be having difficulties from what we were hearing from the car. The sprite and the fries were good. The sweet tea was awful - not sweet. The hamburgers had cheese, and were not suppose to, and when we went to pull off the cheese, we found the patties stone cold. Total waste of money and time.
Husband called me after he placed order inside. Manager and employees were yelling and screaming at each other. Husband waited 45 minutes for food that was never made. Manager had major attitude when my husband asked for money back. Police were pulling up as my husband was leaving. This McDonald's is trash.

Walked Into this location to place an order. 3 employees were standing around playing. I had to ask if one of them were gonna take my order. I then waited 30MIN!!!! for two 6 piece kids meal. 30 DAMN MIN!!!!! Employee specially gave everyone food before mine. I asked for a refund. Was giving a refund by the Manager on duty. She apologized and gave me my meal as well! Cudos to her but this staff needs training and better leasership! I'll never be back.

Do NOT go to this location. Very rude!!!Employee rolled her eyes at me when I ordered at the window and I said never mind and drove off. I was not done placing my order at the window and she did not like that. I will never spend my money at this location. I suggest that you DO NOT as well.
