I never got my food I just drove off from the drive thru, A guy took the order then told me to hold on , waited for about five minutes, A lady came to the intercom CAN I HELP YOU , I said I’ve given my order , but I’d like to add more , She y’all’s back IK IS THAT ALL , I said no I’d like to add more. after adding more she cuts me off IS THAT ALL , so at that point I’m like just forget it. Never again. That’s probably why they don’t get much business. I went to the one on academy, Excellent service ??????

I don't know the young man's name but he was friendly and smiled. You don't get that a lot anymore. I had a special order (I'm a wee picky) they were fast, my food was still warm when i reached home.

This location is among the worst fast food places in Birmingham. While it's not the worst (another had a literal 10 year old taking money in a drive-through), this one comes a close second. From personal and patron experiences at nearby bars, this place is almost always out of a lot of menu items. The service here is also horrible!On my last trip here, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-through with no answer, thinking the speaker was down, again, I drove to the window, only to wait on 3 other cars, and when I got to it, I was told I'm not allowed to order at the window, drive around. I did and waited again. After I paid I was told to pull up by a lady who clearly was done working at this place and taking it out on customers (snarky looks were persistent, despite no verbal interaction but the order itself). When she brought the food out, she nearly threw it in my car window.This place is getting worse as the months go by and I only stop by to see if the staff and management has had an overhaul, because not having to drive all the way over to the hueytown location (night and day difference) would be much better.

Old Cinnabons & they gave me cinnamon twist to pair with my nacho cheese dip instead of the chips! The food was old as well , definitely disappointed because that was the only two things I ordered.

The drive thru has bad service, it's out of stock and they take a slightly long time for the food. The food is pretty good tho.
Ordered breakfast today and to be honest, the food was not seasoned and lacking in flavor. I ordered extra sauce and cheese but they barley put any cheese in it as well as sauce so it just tasted dry. The portions was little as well. I’ve been to the other location at the promenade and they give you a good bit of food in your crunch wrap but like that location, the food lacks flavor and seasoning. I’ve tried all the Taco Bell’s in Bessemer and Hueytown’s breakfast and it seems the calera location is the only one that makes great breakfast that’s seasoned well. The Cinnabon delights also taste like straight cooking grease from here. Do not recommend the food here

First off, the service here is awesome! Our family had a large order and the employee taking the order was making sure we got the best deal by asking us if we would like to combine certain things for a combo, which ended up saving us a bunch of money. We got our order really quickly and discovered we were missing one soft taco and they immediately got us one. Missing only one small item in such a large order was impressive to me! The food was delicious and the burritos weren't leaking or falling apart which is a rarity. Great food and exceptional, friendly service were appreciated!
