Food is good, hot and freshly made. Make sure you get additional mustard packets if you get the hot ham and cheese sandwich as it tends to be a little dry. My wife always gets the chicken salad on a croissant, which she really likes.
The chicken salad is PERFECT! It's not dry, I love the flavor and it's always fresh. Picking up lunch and dinner at the same time is so useful - it really helps with the evening rush to be able to pick up fresh food to heat up later. Love this place!Wheelchair accessibility: Parking right out front and open enough to wheel comfortably up to the table.
I ordered some food for delivery for an injured family member (I live out of state) and there was a mix up with Door Dash because the restaurant was closing before Door Dash could get there. Employee Karen Norton was so helpful in trying to resolve it and then offered to deliver the items herself (to the nearby home). What a saint! We are even bigger Ashley Mac fans now. Yummy food. Above and beyond service.
Horrible chicken pot. I definitely won't be going back. The frozen grocery store pot pie taste much better and cost much less. A total waste of my money.

The chicken pot pie was horrible, the crust was the only part of the pie edible. The filling was most undesirable, it tasted like flour, sugar abd water. A refund would be in order but that's o.k. because I won't be going back. My first and last visit to Ashley Mac's Kitchen
