After not being served at another local fast food restaurant next door, I went into the Bogangles on Gadsden Hwy Birmingham, AL and ordered three chicken fingers and fries. The food came out in a reasonable time and as I prepared to eat, one of the employees came out and gave me another chicken finger and hot fries and said she was doing it because she was not satisfied with the food I had received and wanted me to have fresher hotter food! The food I was given was just fine, but I was very appreciative of her care and customer service! As a customer service rep for over 45 years myself, I wanted to acknowledge her great service!

I ordered an 8 piece family meal with 2 sides and half gallon tea online, got there, went in to get it, got to throw car to check everything and found they forgot to add my potatoes and Gravy and the tea. Went back in to get it and got home to find the Gravy nothing but Milk and whatever meat they put in it so I had to make the Gravy myself. The guy behind the counter, all he wanted to do was play on his phone. This was my first and last time to eat here and had I read the reviews before I had ordered and paid for my food, I wouldn't have bothered!
I ordered a Cajun chicken biscuit in the drive thru, but I was told the biscuits were about 5 minutes out, they were almost done making more. I said that’s ok. I can wait 5 minutes. I was asked to pull to the parking lot and that’s fine. But I waited 15 minutes and I left. I had to get to work. I paid and didn’t get any food, so I’m just a little bit disappointed. On a separate visit here as well, I was just simply told they had no more biscuits at all. So I said ok thank you, and I left. I just don’t really understand how a place like this can run out of a staple item. Particularly today when I paid for an item and waited a long time for it and never received it. If I knew it would be longer than 15 minutes I wouldn’t have paid for the item and said, no thank you.
