Your staff are unprofessional and very inconsiderate! The food is over priced and the portions are small! And you never give us our loyalty points. Bro you started out good but you’ve let the money get in the way of customer service! Just like they made you they’ll also stop supporting you if you keep getting bad reviews.

CHECK/TASTE FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I placed an order for the Carb Bag which consist of one snow crab cluster, ten shrimp, two eggs, one sausage, and few potatoes, and corn. Initial glance all seemed to be in order, once I was home HIGHLY disappointed. The shrimp were at least a day or two old, they were tough and had begun to curl into themselves. The potatoes were RAW no translucency. I expected the sausage to be Cajun at least, it was regular beef sausage. The only decent cooked item was the cluster, they were actually out of corn and offered additional potatoes RAW as well. The traditional sauce tasted more like popcorn butter. A complete waste of money based on my experience.

Bistro fries were just okay!!! The were gunky and stuck together and the middle was just a little too cold for me. The door remains locked. I guess for safety so you have to pick up in a little side hole . Just a new experience

Literally the best burger I've ever had in my 29 years! Everything here is cooked to order. You don't actually go in the building to place your order. They take your order through the side screen door. If you would like your receipt, you can get it sent to you via your phone. Just kindly ask for a receipt and they’ll ask you to provide your phone number to send you the receipt. Once your order is ready, the cook brings your order out to you. I love it! Cajun Bistro Express is definitely one of West End's hidden gems.

Very unprofessional! Closed hours before posted time online & answered no phones at all. Sat outside for the time told online when ordered & waited until time was up. Called to get food and nobody answered the phones at all & ranged the bell. Once I saw the man I asked he said he didn’t see it, he was closed, & it did not mean he would go back inside. When asked how would I get a refund he walked off. If I could rate this no stars I would.

Unprofessional! Closed earlier than time posted, ignored us for a few, answered no phones, let people sit outside and not answer the door! Told us just cause we ordered doesn’t mean he was going to go back inside. When asked how could we get a refund since we ordered online he got in his car and left.
Amazing food and it's owned by amazing people. The owner was patient and passion when explaining menu details. They even have this kick a$$ lemonade in different flavors with the proceeds going towards his daughter's college fund. if you're in Birmingham please check this place out!!

We order our food online. This was our 1st & LAST time ordering anything from here!! There was a THREE HOUR WAIT FOR OUR FOOD THAT WE WERE COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF!! They are only cooking fish which doesn't take long to cook!! There were several cars ahead of us who were waiting just as long. The new employee lied to us all about the wait time. The security guard was hanging out like it was the club. They need to shut the doors & develop a new strategy bc this AINT IT!! Only 2 employees... the cook & the new cashier.... they were taking call in, online, & in person orders.... I never received my food 10pm at night.... I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!!

They usually have really good food but the couple of times I've ordered using DoorDash the food has been hot and cold. So like the shrimp maybe hot then the potato and the crab has been cold like out the refrigerator cold. So that's my last time wasting my money.

I ordered the crab bag with swamp sauce.. Me being pregnant I went to numerous places for crab and this is the only one who don't taste like everyone else.. (That common garlic taste?) at this point I've spent almost $500 in a month going here??love the staff!!
