About a month ago, I got sick after eating at this location. I ordered some extra hush puppies and the person on the back line started cursing and saying they would not make the mix for more. Against my better judgment, I did not cancel my order. Once I got home, I noticed my fish could have been cooked longer, as well as, the chicken I purchased for my husband. I've worked in the restaurant industry. What I heard was very unprofessional, and I believe the idea of that person not wanting to cook more of what I needed made me feel worse. This isn't the first time my food was undercooked nor rushed at this location. I was always taught that if a customer comes in, they don't mind waiting. I hope they take this into consideration for future customers because I will not be back.On a better note, the cashier that rung me up was VERY professional and sweet.

Came in about 12:10 on Friday 12/22 looking for one of the lunch specials. Only saw 2 customers. A car parked at the drive thru and myself who walked into the lobby. I stayed for 25 minutes and although I was peeked at through the opening from the kitchen to the front several times my presence was never acknowledged and no one ever came to the front counter. Walked out slowly, no one seemed to care. Car was still at drive thru window. Counted about 6 people in kitchen area. No idea what was going on but waiting on customers and putting money in the till was not on the schedule that day. Needs better super supervision or destined to be the next chain to die. Not my first sub par reaction to service here and at other franchises. I think your food is good but I rarely eat it because it's always too tough to get through the actual orderprocess with some of the worst employees in the business. Today was the breaking point. I'm only one person but you won't get any more of my money. I'm done! Just for the record I love the food which is why I've made multiple attempts at being a customer here but no matter. There are other sea food places that at least pretend to show appreciation for my patronage.

I decided to try this because a friend said it was his favorite place and thats when I realized we have very different tastes in food. Firstly, when i pulled up to order the employee said ‘Go’. Just ‘go’ to take my order which is so freakin rude. I should hsve just driven away then, but aim always on the quest for great fish and chips since moving here from New Zealand. In hindsight My expectations were higher than they should have been, but this was awful. Hands down the worst tasting fried fish ive ever had - and Ive tried them all. It tasted like freezer burnt cheapest thinnest filet battered, then freezer burnt again then reheated. Really bad. Dont do it. Horrible service, horrible food.

Do you cannot let young people run your business without responsible management?Food was very cold. Fries was cold and probably was cooked early this morning. And they were out of tartar sauce. What fish place you know that is out of Tartar sauce and lemon. And the only thing young people are good for is social media platforms if they want to make their own money but not running somebody else's business. Because evidently they are not doing their job correctly. Food should be hot coming out of that Restaurant not greasy and dark either. Fifteen years ago captain d's was booming not anymore...sad

I went through the drive thru. The wait from when I placed my order until I got my food was 10 minutes. The fish, hush puppies, coleslaw, and fries were very good.
Just let there says they open at 11 but at 1120 we sit 20 minutes only for them to say they are not open yet
