I'm a delivery driver, and wondering if you could you have chosen a worse location? There's 14 cars parked in the street right next to an intersection ?. I'm going to have to stop accepting orders from here. Just cancelled an order while at store bc there's no parking.

We missed breakfast because of an appointment conflict in Birmingham. It was too early for lunch. Let's see if there is a Chik-fil-a around. We found 3 of them. All on the downtown area. Parking was almost non-existent. I had to be fast to get out of the car and across the street. The traffic was slightly slower than a Nascar race. I was in and and out in no time. The young people were very polite and efficient. My wife got a chicken strip meal. I got the standard Chik-fil-a meal. They comped us a free box of chicken nuggets.Parking: Use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: They love kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It's at street level. Wheel on in!
Chick fil a is probably the most consistent across the board of all fast food restaurants. No matter which one you go to you will leave with your food tasting the same as it does from any other location and I almost never have had a mistake with an order. This is not my favorite fast food franchise but it is by far the most consistent. The food is good, service is almost always good with fast and efficient servers (although not always the friendliest).

This might be the worst chick fil a in America. Literally every time I get breakfast from here it is somehow cold AND burnt and it takes at least 30 minutes to get food.

This is the slowest chick fil a I’ve been too! Waffle fries were hard like they been dipped in grease twice. I didn’t want to write this review but my experience were not meeting Chick-fil-a expectations

I ordered via Uber eats due to being at work. I ordered a burrito without hash browns and received a burrito full of hash browns with very little meat or egg. I called the store and was told I could either come pick up a burrito or send someone or text them the info and they would credit me a free burrito in the app. None of which helped with the current situation of me trying to get something to eat. If I could’ve sent someone or picked it up myself I wouldn’t have used Uber Eats!! Really need better customer service. So I texted the number as she told me to. I guess we’ll see. BTW this was the midtown location

Gave me a completely wrong order worth less than half of what I actually ordered.
This is a small site as it is embedded deep, Downtown Birmingham. The food is classic Chick-Ful-a and with a pleasant staff. Interesting that it closes at 4pm. The only negative is this place is packed and there is a long wait. It hurts them that they do not have one of their super-efficient, drive-thru.

Chick Fil A customer service has declined tremendously at every location I’ve gone to. My order has been wrong the last three times I’ve gone. I’ve deleted the app at this point. Today I got my food and my order was wrong. After them remaking my food and receiving the correct order, the food still was not good. Go at your own risk. It’s just not the same anymore. 3/10 I would not recommend.
