The absolute worst CFA I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times. The order is never correct, missing sauces, rude employees, takes forever. Horrible every time I go.

Rude employees waited over 20 minutes for bad food soggy. When I questioned the order because we needed the left off pickles. They got very rude. I walked off and went back to table to eat. We were almost done the manager came over and was rude again. At that point we were over it. They were trying to start an argument. We are at a hospital with our son in serious condition. How awful you can be to someone. Will never eat at a this stupid fast food nightmare again.

Midway through my 11-hour shift, I decided to walk to the Chick-fil-A in Jefferson Towers of UAB Hospital for dinner. My order was taken very quickly because today is Saturday and nobody works on Saturday. I ordered a Chick-fil-A Spicy Deluxe Combo with a large fry and large Sprite, and two sauces, Chick-fil-A and Polynesian. They happily handed me two of each, which was the perfect amount. After ordering came the inevitable wait for my food, this part can vary in length depending on the location. The wait at this one wasn't long at all. I'm sure it was under 2 minutes. My food was very fresh and appetizing. The fries were slightly overcooked just how I like them. Overall, my experience was very pleasant.

The manager is very rude and nasty to employees I quit this job because of that and now there are refusing to give me my check, never work here its not worth the waste of time.

GET BETTER EMPLOYEES. They're suppose to close at 10 and literally closed early ALL THE TIME. That is crazy man.. especially for people who are working nights depending on them. If you don't feel like working , please get another job PLEASE.
