My family and I love chicken salad chick but this particular location is a must sit outside spot. The smell inside is consistently awful and smells like a sewage leak. None of the other restaurants next to it smell so it's an issue with just CSC. Really hope they can figure it out but it's been smelling bad for over a year. It's definitely kept us from visiting multiple times because we don't want to endure the smell. We'll even drive to the Hoover location if we're really craving chicken salad.

Brought my mom for lunch. I ordered The Chick with Fancy Nancy and mac-n-cheese. I like the apples, nuts, and grapes in Fancy Nancy. I did not enjoy the mac-n-cheese. It wasn’t very flavorful and seemed over cooked to me. It seemed like a weird color. That’s what made me think it was overcooked. I wish I had gotten the spinach salad instead of the mac-n-cheese. The spinach salad was great last time. I just thought I would try something different. My mom said her was ok.

Spoke with the manager 5 different times asking for a receipt on a delivery catering order and was never able to get a copy. Called the 6th time and the manager wouldn't even come to the phone. 1-800 customer service couldn't even find it after an hour on the phone. Poor service, lazy management, and mediocre food.

Stopped here for lunch this week . I was there just before noon. Location was out of grape salad. Out of a signature side item at opening time? How does that happen? I went elsewhere for lunch. Management needs to get this fixed. How many other customers were list that day?

Flood is 5 star, but slow service is ridiculous. Multiple customer left the line after assessing the situation. One very slow cashier. 2nd register sitting for lunch crowd. I hope they can fix this.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to learn there was a chicken salad chick so close by. I went inside for lunch earlier this week and was immediately taken back by the terrible smell that hit me as soon as I walked into the building. It was such a pungent odor I ended up getting my food to go. I also noticed the cabinets sitting under the drink fountain looked very dirty and probably have not been cleaned in a long time. I don't think I'll be eating at this location again any time soon.

This location has a terrible smell when you walk in and I loose my appetite. I decided to order it to go tonight but your person taking the orders.. doesn't seem to understand when you ask a question about the selections. This has happened before from the same Individual. This person was masked and speaks very low. And doesn't seem to know about what you offer. I asked for cheese on my salad and he acted as if he didn't understand. I got home with my salad .. and it had no cheese. Why can't you have a more personable person taking orders and get rid of this smell inside?
We walked in and the smell of a septic tank or something similar was so intense that we could not stay to order. This is not the first occurrence of this issue. Not sure we can continue to go back and don't really want to know what the smell is from either. With this smell we were not able to experience the service or the food either. What else to you want. I think a funky smell is enough that is should be posted. No one seems concerned about this smell affecting the business of serving food as they do not seem to be taking care of the problem so people can experience their food.

First time visiting this location. I really was disappointed that this location was so bad.On a Saturday for lunch and only have 2 people working?Croissants were stale. My wife and I got the last two as they told the customers behind us they were out. There was us and 3 others there to eat. We had to clean a table off ourselves to get a table. 2 stars is being generous but I know other locations do it so much better that I feel there is hope.

Chicken Salad Chick is consistently always no matter which location you choose. The staff here are friendly and do a great job. It was a beautiful day, so we dined outside. I love the Fancy Nancy Chicken Salad. The apples, pecans and grapes give it sweetness and texture. The grape salad is a southern favorite and is so good! I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant with grape salad. It's served with a pickle all for $9.19 plus added chips for $2.If you haven't tried Chicken Salad Chick, you need to! This location is convenient to many shops and businesses. It's a great place to dine alone or meet friends and family!

I absolutely love all but one of these salads. Buffalo. But I don't care for buffalo flavored anything. Had a croissant with Jalapeño Holly last night and it was delicious as always. Four stars because the amount of bread was way too much for the amount of chicken salad. My fault, I should have known. I usually just get a scoop with crackers. Lesson learned. Grape salad spot on. Will be back soon.
