I would think coming to Vestavia would give me & my family some type of hope that we’d enjoy the experience. Food was cold & not to mention the pizza was dry. Wings were ice cold. Asked the cook or whatever she wants to be to reheat my wings nicely. Her attitude was so rude! I also asked about my cheesy bread that I never received & she proceeded to argue with me & said I had to wait bc she just got here. Said I’d get the bread whenever she can get to it. If my child wasn’t playing I would’ve ended the whole trip. I’ll never be bck to this location again & I hope they’ll get a change of staff in the kitchen.

This whole establishment is surrounded by waiting, and rude employees. The staff rather ignore you than help you. Waited like 15 minutes just to come in because one employee was working the door and register. Come around the corner, there are 3 other employees just standing in a circle, complaining. Waited 30 minutes on our food. Watched 3 to 4 people leave because they were waiting forever on their food. The people cooking it didn’t really want to speak to anyone and seemed irritated when we asked about the wait time. The pizza was luckily fresh when we got it. There was such a long wait time on the prizes, the line blocked us in our booth. We finally just moved. Couldn’t even find a clean table anywhere. Got the salad bar… waited for it be filled for 30 minutes. Area was disgusting. I watched a customer ask 3 times about the bar being refilled.. they just looked at her, and nodded yes, but didn’t even try to fill it. Instead grabbing other employees to joke around when people are waiting everywhere. The other customer finally asked for the manager. Once the manager came out, the employee started moving faster and finally communicated and asked if anything else needed to be filled. Plus side, the manager was pleasant and helpful. The rest of the staff’s attitude was foul. You can tell they don’t want to be here. There was a boy with green hair at the prizes, just was impatient, rude, not joyful at all. You’re dealing with children… they are going to take awhile to figure out what they want. Security on site, but nothing enforced. Kids running around without their parents. Cutting people off. Getting food off the salad bar without a clean plate. Picking off the salad bar. Employees just watching this and not addressing it. My niece’s card stopped working before our play time was up. I didn’t even get to enjoy any games with my nieces because my whole time here consisted of waiting. Upon leaving, there is security there, but no one to check our stamps, or the littles’ stamps. A huge thing Chuck E. Cheese prides themselves on, but not enforced here which is really scary. I really just want my whole $130 purchase refunded at this point. A hot mess. Not enjoyable or pleasant at all.

Fun place for children. Some of the employees act like they don't want to be there. Maybe they are under staffed.Vegetarian options: They have a salad bar and cheese pizza.

Great place to do a birthday party. We had not been to Chuckie Cheese in many years and we decided to have our grandsons birthday party there. It was truly magical. Employees were helpful and very polite. Explained everything to us. Prices were great!! I highly recommend for a birthday party or just a place to go play. 5 stars all the way!!Vegetarian options: Great salad bar and veggie pizzas!Parking: Big parking area. Plenty of space and handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Employees are super nice to the children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair accessibility.

Total disclosure, I didn't spend any money here, so I don't know how much they charge for anything. I stopped in to attend a birthday party for a friend's small child who doesn't have any friends just yet.The staff looks weary, and I don't blame them one bit. The music is LOUD and there are children everywhere, of course. They were very attentive to my friend and his wife's needs and were quick to come remove trash as it happened. The birthday girl had an absolute blast, enjoyed the dippin dots ice cream and obliterated the icing off her cake (true to form for any small child, icing is the only edible part of cake, right?) and was delighted by the mascot that came by for birthday wishes. There's a giant digital dance floor that is interactive, and many children were entranced by it. There's also lots and lots of games, so as far as I could tell there's more than enough to go around even when they're busy. The pizza was pretty good, but cold. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be picked up and the parents didn't hear them call for pickup, or if it was ready for a while before being brought out. Regardless, the quality was decent and the toppings weren't center-loaded.My poor husband instantly got a migraine and physically ill from the amount of noise as well as the crowd. The tables are set up by a giant wall monitor and speakers, so food and present opening happens in the loudest part of the establishment, so I would not recommend this as a place to party for anyone with social anxiety or problems with overstimulation. Otherwise, kids seem to love it now just as much as they did 30 years ago.

I took my 4 year old to this location a little before noon yesterday and he had a blast! The whole place was spotless and since we went on a Monday before school was out we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves. All of the games worked and I love that they have games for all ages. His favorite thing was the Pinata smashlings pad and the alien shooting game. Cheri was the lady that helped us and she was fabulous! She was so friendly and helpful and really made our experience a great one!

The smell of urine was everywhere in the business. It had to be in the carpet. The employees spent most of their time in the back. My pizza was cold and ridiculously overpriced. The salad bar was horrible.
