The food at city bowls is great, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. They frequently forget toppings you pay extra for. I made a note for no blueberries which they did, but they did not put pineapple on my bowl which I paid $.75c extra for. Not pleased.

This was just the pick me up I needed after being in Birmingham for my husband’s upcoming transplant surgery. They were so helpful with this being my first “smoothie bowl experience” and recommended the BHAM bowl. It was amazing! Thankful this is just steps away from our airbnb and looking forward to many more trips!

City Bowls is a healthy option to grab a delicious and healthy meal. The service was extremely friendly and professional. The place has a great ambiance. Overall, I would recommend City Bowls and I will give it five stars.

Get ready for a burst of flavor!! The Hulk bowl was so delicious. This was my first time visiting but it won’t be my last. I didn’t know what to expect but I like that there were so many options. The line was long but the cashier was so sweet and she answered every question I had patiently, she gave me some suggestions, and even described different options with a smile.

Wow wow wow, traveling from Tampa for work and trying to make "healthier" options. This popped up and I'm so happy I tried it! Ended up getting the Bham Bowl, the order taking was really fast but it did take some time to get the bowl so be prepped for that (not too long at all). Bham Bowl was the perfect amount of sweet with the Nutella and fruit but savory with granola and peanut butter. Highly recommend!!!

We had a TERRIBLE experience the last time we were there! They messed up one of our bowls. They told us that they will make another one but then they made for all the others who came after us! leaving us waiting for a very long time. When we asked again, the response was that it was going to be ‘a while’. They were like robots just going through the system; not knowing to pause and make our order which they had messed up first before others. When you messed up an order, the correction should be ASAP before any other new orders that came in after! What moronic manner in handling business! No decency, no common sense! The people who work there never gave a warm welcoming feeling but we like the bowls so we overlooked that and we go there. We won’t be after this last time unless a manager or owner cares enough to reach out to me to rectify the issue. There will not be a business when more people stop going after experiencing intolerable behavior and being treated badly.
