The line was extremely long, but service moved quickly. The milkshake menu was amazing and although bit costly the peanut butter fudge shake was awesome. The food was just ok, nothing special, but I would return for the shakes! ????? Parking: Regular parking

This visit to Cook-out was great! The person taking our order at the drive-thru menu board was very pleasant and the person manning the window was friendly yet professional and actually had a smile on her face and wished us a good night. It's NOT always like this.

I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant like I am in this one. I absolutely love Cookout everywhere I travel I look for one. I ordered a Jr tray with cheeseburger, onion rings, nuggets and strawberry cheesecake shake. All my food was cold. The nuggets was like biting into cold grease, the burger and cheese was just as cold as the lettuce, tomatoes and onion that was on it and the onion rings was solid grease UGH. I am not from here and I drove 15 minutes from my hotel just get cold food when I could have easily went around the corner. And don't think I waited until I got all the way back to my hotel to eat but even if I had it shouldn't have been ice cold. When I got on 59 I reached for an onion ring and grabbed an ice cube UGH. It's close to plain mean to give someone cold onions not to mention the other items. I was hungry and tired and this what I got. UGH UGH UGH That's All☹️

The biggest reason for eating here is when I want that amazing banana pudding shake and don't want to stop somewhere else for some food. Cheese curds and hushpuppies are usually jumpin.
