Had wheat bagel with a smear of vegetable cream cheese and coffee. Bagel was delicious (fresh & warm), cream cheese needed more veggies but was nice and creamy (grateful it was not salty) and coffee was surprisingly good. Only annoying thing was the person working counter yelled at me to come and get my smeared bagel instead of bringing me the bagel at the other end of counter. This action seemed out of place for such an attractive bagel shop. On my return if she yells at me again, I'm yelling back ?

Crestline is one of my fav shops in the city but it's not just for their bagels. It's conveniently located downtown, inside Innovation Depot, making it an easy choice for a morning pick me up when I'm on the go.There's usually plenty of techies and other professionals bustling in and out, but you can also catch them during a chill stint and have the whole place to yourself. The ham and cheese croissant is my favorite! It's always hot, flaky, and most importantly portable, which is exactly what I'm looking for most mornings (who doesn't love carbs?)Their team is typically warm and welcoming, taking time to explain different menu items and options. Glad to have this place in Bham.

We stopped in on Saturday morning, and they were super-busy. And rightfully so. The bagels and cinnamon rolls that we had were delicious. Service was quick and friendly despite the crowd.

Such a cute little cafe in mountain brook! I enjoy the vibes and atmosphere. Also the food is phenomenal. The baked goods are always fresh and you can even see how they make their bagels. Their service also matches the quality of their food. They serve one of the best potato salads in Birmingham. Not only that, but their coffee and lates are also delicious. 5 stars all around!

First time here. Ordered a croque monsieur sandwich for the simple reason that I've never had one before and I figured that today was the day. Had it on a sesame bagel which was slightly burned, just the way I like it. I was asked if I wanted an egg on it and I said yes of course and I found out from the internet that it is then known as a croque madame. I can't say enough about this sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Crestline Bagel does not stint on sesames on their bagels, which is one of my pet peeves. When I order a sesame bagel, I want sesame seeds on them. And there were. Potato salad was uniquely delicious and of course a nice dill pickle spear on the side was the finishing touch. I really really enjoyed my first visit to Crestline Bagel and highly recommend it. Three thumbs up!

Super disappointed. I ordered a bakers dozen bagels for Thanksgiving a week in advance of today (needed to leave town) and I am contacted with the news that all of the bagels in my order are sold out. What's the point of placing an order in advance? I guess we'll take our business to Panera who could prepare the order 10 minutes in advance for half the cost.
