This is the second time that this Dairy Queen has not been able to accept app orders for specials. No one understands why the app doesn't work, no one can do anything about it, and no one tries. It is ridiculous, and I won't be back. They have a sign on the wall about customer service, but apparently no one has read it.

Lady working the drive thru was having a conversation more important than listening to the drive thru mic. Had to repeat my mobile name after being told "what" and then hear her jabbering on through the speaker at whoever she was talking to. We were the only ones there and she acted like we were an inconvenience when handing us one blizzard. Just said "here" with no flip of the blizzard without looking away from her other conversation. This location used to have great employees but lately the night shift hates working there. Also beware they will close the doors on you early if you try and go 30 minutes before they close. Have been laughed by the employees for trying to order 30 minutes prior to closing. The Owner needs to hire a new nighttime manager

I have ordered 3 kids cheese burger combos, number 5 combo and number 7 combo. They prepared my kids meals and they stated making other customers orders then after 38 minutes they made my last two combos. I told the girl that works there I don’t want Bacon on my burger. They did put bacon and they removed it but they forgot few pieces. My sandwich look does not look like a cheese burger at all . The bread is soaked with sauce and the cheese is not melted. The lettuce is all over the sandwich. The kids ice cream was melted by the time they finished. They kept telling me the meat is cooking while they were making other customers orders . Customers who ordered after me. The employees handling the food with no gloves. One of the employees was grabbing onion rings with his hands. I wonder if the franchise care about this location. Some type of people are not meant to be for this type of business. Hygiene cannot be taught. It’s natural. And this crew is far away from hygiene. The meat was not cooked. If you accept to work in the restaurant field. You should have some kind of integrity and handle every order as if it was yours. The employees of this shift far away from that. That would be our last order for sure.
