Located inside Samford Library. First off, no one can understand the guy taking the orders because he's talking under his breath to customers. Secondly, the lady who is supposed to announce orders just sets them on the counter like you're supposed to know what you're order is. Thirdly, I waited 35 minutes for my sandwich and 10 people get their orders before I do. When I asked about it they said "Oh! We'll make that now." Really how do you forget about making a customers sandwich? I don't care if this is a university, people are still paying you for this service. Unacceptable on all facets of business.

I have been in the military and the Einstein name is very good. They appreciate the customer and practice customer care. I have not been in the Einstein store in Birmingham based on the 3.9 rating. Give me a reason to try this establishment.

The new employee here is boarder line threatening to the point where I over hear customers have to ask very timidly if they can make an order. I asked for a sandwhich two hours before they close and the new red haired cashier had to decide if she was going to make it for me or if it was too much of a chore for her as if she had already cleaned everything and was ready to leave. I used to come here everyday but now I'm not coming here for anything besides coffee anymore (because it is self serve) the prices are way to high to be uncomfortable asking if I can pay for an order due to the offensive nature of the new employee. I do appreciate the old employees though, especially the guy with dreads who is always friendly.

Woman who runs the cash register is exceedingly pleasant and a joy to speak with making my daily coffee there a delight. Coffee is nice and cheap which makes having a daily coffee a little easier for a college student. The only issue is this is located on a college campus which means it is less accessible to those that are not students.
