I was highly disappointed during my visit today. After waiting more than 15 minutes to order, a female who walked in 13 minutes into my wait approached a person 2 people ahead of me and cashed asked her to order for her. I strongly objected as did some of the others waiting. The manager on duty( possibly owner) stated she couldn't stop a person from walking in and ordering with someone else despite there being at least 15 plus others waiting ahead of her. In my opinion this is morally wrong and sets a bad precedent for future customers who may choose to patronize them. I knew several people in line before me but my conscience wouldn't allow me to minimize the presence of the others patiently awaiting their turn to order. I opted out of ordering for myself there today because I felt devalued.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! This is one of the few places you can find fried chicken livers in Birmingham. Let me tell you, they are heaven. Service is quick, the people are nice and the food is always fresh and delicious.

The store is a walk up and order at the counter, so there's no restaurant seating. We immediately were able to walk up order and received our food within 10 minutes. I ordered two of the exact same lunch specials which were two pieces of white fillet, three wings, a side of French fries, and three pieces of Texas toast loaf bread. The seasoning on the chicken and the fish was minimal, which means the main flavor of the food was the hot sauce and mustard sauce they use to top. I enjoyed the hot sauce and mustard topping, but would have enjoyed a little more salt and pepper perhaps in the meat itself. The french fries were soft and cooked perfection, and the loaf bread was fresh. I got two cups of ranch to dip my fries in that was homemade and delicious. The entire meal cost me $18.72.Parking: They're about 6 to 8 spaces on the left hand side of the building for parking. The building is located on a street cornerWheelchair accessibility: Parking lot and sidewalk are Level making easy wheelchair access to the building and the door is wide enough for a motorized wheelchair to enter by itself.

I've been going to this Green Acres since I was 10 years old, of you're going to go to a Green Acres you definitely have to try the one on 20th street in Ensley that's the best one in Alabama they know what they doing over there, I always get there Chicken Livers and they are absolutely DEVINE never have I ever had Chicken Livers as good as there's, when I get Chicken Livers from anywhere else I always have to use some soft of dipping sauce, but the Chicken Livers from the 2th street Green Acres are absolutely perfect I don't even and never have used any type of sauce when eating them that's how perfect they are, oh man my mouths starting to water just talking about them, well I definitely know what I'm having for lunch today. ? 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to a friend ?

Placed a to go order while leaving my dog outside cameras surrounding the building. Someone grabbed my dog jumped in a car and drove off when the police showed up nobody could pull up the footage even though the car was directly in line. Sight of the camera. I MISS YOU MY SHINNING SATURN.
