This places charges for everything how you charge to ranch with a salad if u get a drink with no ice it's a dollar if you ask for any condiments ketchup seasonings etc it's extra I will not be back

Just recently found this spot. Love it. Fast, food is freshly cooked right when you order it. It's still hot when I get back to the house. You can't go wrong & the menu is gigantic.They have everything. ❤️❤️
The girl taking orders had poor customer service. I walked in and she didn’t say hello she said “yes” and I asked for a second to look at the menu and she rolled her eyes and walked off. Then once my order was ready she put the bag on the counter and walked off again.. no thank you come again have a nice day nothing. The food was very mediocre and the fries were a disgrace.. EXTREMELY watered down and no real flavor. $19 for that was a total waste. They used to be good a few years ago but now it’s trash.

I ordered a steak gyro and when the lady passed me my cup there was a roach crawling around the cup… when I gave it back to her she looked at me as if she could care less and just handed me another cup… no apology. no nothing. These people clearly don’t care about their customers being that it is a predominantly black neighborhood.. it’s as if they are not even phased by it and have no intention of seeking pest control being that I couldn’t believe I saw a similar review before posting mine and it was way worst with roach drowning in the food sauce.. please guys we have to stop giving these folks our money for them to turn around and treat us like dogs..

Hot spot is hit and miss. This time was a miss. Ordered two fish plates with fries. Fish was very thick, undercooked and under seasoned. Fries were super soggy just not good. Little kids taking orders with zero personality and customer service training. Very disappointed!!

Good prices and good food. There are a ton of chicken and fish places in Birmingham. This one is one of my favorites!! I haven't tried their sandwiches or burgers yet, but I definitely recommend them!
