I had a manager give me the bird all because I asked why they couldn’t answer the phone when they weren’t busy. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my life. The store location was Burnsville, MS 38833. Terrible service to say the least!

Waited over 30 minutes for our food in the parking lot after using the drive thru. Went in for a refund and got nothing but attitude, they were conveniently pulling our order when I asked for the refund. There was atleast 20 tickets on the counter waiting to be filled. The food was good but cold. This has happened more than once but it will not happen again, last trip. This was in Camilla, GA, the one we stop at in Ashford, AL is great.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff and manager refused to acknowledge me when I pulled up. When we said something they just looked at us and said they were doing shift change and they could not serve us. NEVER eat at any Jacks

The food is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a freshly cooked burger with fresh, crisp lettuce, crisp onion, nice tomato and sometimes you don't. Sometimes the French fries are like they're supposed to be, crisp & salty but more often lately, they're wimpy and barely cooked with hardly any salt on them. The chicken is so crunchy and good most of the time, but sometimes it's overcooked or greasy.It's a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite drive thru restaurants!

Jacks has been my favorite burger and breakfast restaurant for years. They have always been consistent , friendly and timely. Unfortunately ever since Covid things have completely changed. They seem to be staffed well enough but most employees just stand around and let a couple do all the work. They act as if they don’t want to be there and are extremely indifferent. People wait for their food for 30 minutes or so while b very little activity is going on behind the line. My favorite location is why 72 in Tuscumbia, Al. Which is by far the best in this area but it also is dealing with the same problems. The urinal in the men’s restroom has had an out of order sign above it for 4 months and there is no sign of repair.People are saying this is the new norm but I refuse to believe or except that people in the “service “ industry should be allowed to treat the public with this type of disrespect and apathy! I hope something can be done and things can change.I would like to suggest that management and employees be trained in customer service and be held to a high standard. There are other businesses that do this and are extremely successful.Thank you.

In the end Jack's is a fast food industry, while at local Jack's had customers lined up for several minutes while all employees work on to go orders, someone should have addressed the inside customers as well. While I did not have the time to wait and wait, I noticed 2 people had ordered before I had arrived and was waiting as well. 9 custermers including myself were inside. Staffing in most definitely an issues. There were few orders on the board maybe 5 at the time . I choose to leave because in the end Jack's is a fast food. I certainly hope they get the staffing issues in order. One last observation all the employees looked they had rather be any where other than working at Jack's. My statement of my opions are not ment to complain or say the employees were not doing their jobs, they were doing it. My experience was a failure. Speaking my mind, which is protected by Freedom of speech act. Jack's corporation , I'm concerned about your future in our southern states. Make no mistake it will be a long while before I go back to another Jack.

The manager, Raymond at Alabaster, says this is an order of gravy and cheese grits. Food is great but workers have yelled at me and cheated me out of food on consistent basis. I go three times a week and my portions get smaller and smaller.

Stopped at Jacks on exit 149 off I-59 North. Cashier didnt appear to know how tobuse register. Workers just standing around. Been sitting here 10 minutes and still do not have food. People waiting 5 minutes to order. Ridiculous. Not a clean table in the place. Does not appear to be a manager in house. Jacks used to be a good place to stop but hard to find a good one. Flies were bad.

It seems that ur management at the moody, al location doesn't like trucks and the driver's! And is more on social media on what's happening in moody bitchin about the trucks parked in the truck parking lot than to service the customers on the inside!!! Telling them she is going to have there trucks towed if not moved by certain time!!

Uncertain about what has happened to Jacks Restaurants over the past few years, it has become what is possibly the most unclean fast food chain in this area. The people in management are complicit to the bad service, bad food, and filthy environment. Hopefully the corporate office will take a hint (which should be very clear from the reviews), and work toward raising the standard in this fast food chain before it sinks.
