Bad business. Bad customer service. Treated me like I should be eating in the back. After arriving i was handed a buzzer and said it would be 30 mins. I sat in the car because there was no more waiting seats upfront. My bell went off and i came inside. She told me one moment.When she came back she asked me how many. I said my buzzer went off. She said she Seated the table already and that i had to wait another 10 mins which didnt seem fair to me but i sat down after 10 mins I asked again how long she said another 15 minute. At this point im pissed. I said just be honest and she started talking chung chong.... so i Looked up another hibachi restaurant amd decided to leave... i was definitely irrelevant to her and she didnt care if i stayed or not. white folks are priority because it seemed that they were the only one that matter plus we were the only black souls in the building.... maybe om tripping but i do know when im not welcomed. At the end of the day it was best that we leave. If this ever happens to you... mt.. fuji is hibachi and they were amazing. Good food. Good customer service and drinks we amazing. Checkem out. Kobe .... you gets 0 stars... and to the short Chinese Asian lady with the short hair you need go have better etiquette. This could have been prevented if you were just polite about it. You were in the wrong and treated me like I had no right to express my opinion about how you just over looked us 2 only black customers. Sad :( but thank to Mt fuji my date and I had an amazing night.

Ordered chicken it was cold and hard. It was not fresh and was rewarmed. Also ordered shrimp tempura and received 3 shrimp and the rest was vegetables. I asked if I had the right order and the server stated it was.

Been taking my family of 6 for years a year ago I went and got served raw salmon obviously the comped the meal but the next time we went was for Valentine’s Day with no kids, the wife and I were seated and the water wanted us to order immediately, now I know vday I’d usually busy but we went at 5:00 there was only one other couple in the dining room but the waiter wanted us to order asap, I told him just to get us drinks while we look over the menu, right after the owner came to my table yelling at us saying she can’t keep coming back to check on us to find her when we were ready to order, and she said that in the worst tone possible, food was served missing a sushi roll, and my appetizer was served at the end of my meal because she forgot, last time I ever give them people my hard earned money!

I was there, for a birthday celebration. Everything was fantastic.
I had reservations for 7pm. We arrive on time and the lady says "10 minutes" we wait for 30 minutes as many other people are sat. After we call over one of the workers we are magically seated instantly. We then wait over 30 more minutes after ordering for no food. PSA: If you call in a reservation make sure you're willing to wait over an hour for your hibachi chef to even arrive. thumbs down!

We went to this Kobe, we ask for Hibachi it was me and my 4 and my husband. We got seated, and another family came and seat with us on the same grill.. my husband order his dinner and my kids noddles. I order a Sushi myself! Out of no where this Asian lady come and start screaming yall need to move to a table ya can’t be here and just order one hibachi! And enjoy the show!! I responded whats the different if we leave, the Chef still have to cook for this other family, she said you taking the chairs. I said We cannot order more food we not going to eat it !! She said well yall can’t be here . So my husband said just put another random order! We end up taking 4 plates home!!I was not upset about getting more food! I was upset that she was so loud that no one needed to know my business , plus she should’ve been more professional!!This people all they think is about making money of everything they can!!!
Definitely gets the job done for a hibachi spot, food was good not the best but definitely good. A little pricey for not all the bells and whistles but service was great so it was ok!

The server was friendly and the hibachi chef was vibrant, talkative and awesome. Super fun hibachi experience. The hibachi was alright and the sushi wasn't great. Fun place for kids and great hibachi atmosphere, but it wasn't our favorite.

Our family went for our grandson's birthday (turning 1!). He was mesmerized with the dinner preparation. Food was very good and service was excellent. Our table-side chef was very engaging and funny. Wonderful experience.

We made reservations for 13 for a birthday party, we were seated on time, but the older lady (I assume the owner) made a big deal that we had 12 adults and a child, not 13, infants don't count. She keep saying I made table for 13 but you only have 12. I guess twelve adults and a child not enough business for them. Our Teppanyaki Chef was amazing, great cook and great entertainer. The food was amazing, no one was dissatisfied with the food quality. If it hadn't been for our chef the visit would have been mediocre at best. Three stars for the owners attitude .
