Ooops.... I did it again.... I was heading to Subway to grab a healthy salad but the lure of freshly baked pizza two doors down canceled those plans. Now I've never been to Marcos so I'm completely unsure as to how this will taste, so I go for the small deluxe. They were nice enough to bring it to my car after it was ready. When the box opened the rich aroma of fresh peppers, onions and thick meaty pieces of sausage filled the car. With cheese bubbling on the edges and beautiful sausage glistening, I go in for the first bite and can't stop until the whole pizza is completely gone. Loved it. The crust had a little too much extra bread but it was still good. Look Marco's isn't some fancy pizza place, but it's pretty good in my opinion.,.. I'll definitely be returning....

They have zero idea how to run an establishment. Ordered online and told me it would be 31 minutes until pick up. 50 minutes later, I still do not have a pizza. In fact, they are filling orders of those who walk in to order FIRST. Meanwhile, we still wait. Will not be returning.

Marco’s at Lee Branch never disappoints! The quality of food is amazing, pizza, breadsticks, subs, all great. The pizza’s actually taste like pizza instead of a cardboard pizza wannabe.The service is also amazing. Always timely, food is always hot or warm, it is simply the best pizza and best pizza delivery, hands down!

The place is falling apart. No fountain drinks are currently available; tables are wobbly, and all but one trash can was "out of service." I'm not sure why because there were plenty of staff, but it was like they didn't want people to dine in, so they were purposefully making it uncomfortable. One bathroom was completely out of service and had an open ladder placed in front of the door. The other bathroom was leaking, and it smelled musty. As for the food, the pizza tasted great as it always has, but the whole experience was ultimately underwhelming. I feel bad for the people working there because I don't think these things are their responsibility. Whoever owns this franchise is either trying to save money by ignoring the maintenance or is completely oblivious to the condition of the place (or maybe just doesn't care). It feels neglected, but it doesn't appear to be the employees' fault.

Ingredients thrown in a container does not a salad make. I am attaching a photo of the "Italian chef" salad I received this evening. You have my permission to use this photo to replace the one on your app and website to prevent disappointing customers moving forward. Very disappointing experience.P.S. You'll need to remove croutons from the description as they weren't in the "salad".

This location has been going downhill for years, since even before covid challenges. The first year it was open it was good, well managed, clean, quality food. Ever since then it has been apparent they have been cutting corners and do not care about the customers or the integrity of the brand. We have been there when there have been no plates, napkins, or silverware. We have been there multiple times when the drink machine was unavailable, and there was no tea. The tables and chairs are all broken and worn out. All wobble and we have to level them each time we go in. High chairs are disgusting (not cleaned) and safety straps are broken. And this time the quality and accuracy of the order was atrocious. I have had better quality pizza at a gas station. We have tried for a long time to continue to support this local business, especially since our kids used to prefer it to other pizza options. However, tonight was the final straw. We all agreed there are multiple better options in town and that we have given Marco's more than enough chances to improve. Frankly if this is how they are going to allow their stores to be run, they should just close this location down and save everyone the trouble of the impending disappointment.

This is a pretty good pizza place! I came by here yesterday and got a small steak pizza with a parmesan crust. There wasn't a lot of steak, but a small pizza could probably feed two people just fine if you're wondering about how much to order. Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick.

Tonight it has taken 1:55 minutes to get a simple pizza delivered. On top of that, the manager lied to my wife when she called 1:15 minutes in and said it was on it's way and we were the first stop. We live less than 10 minutes from their store and after another 40 minutes, of waiting, the driver showed up with the wrong pizza. I have no words for this level of incompetence.

On Yelp it doesn't say dinning but the dinning room was open. The drink machine isn't on so had to get a bottle soda but had to run to Publix for juice for my toddler he didn't like sodas. Nothing was said when I walked with a juice for him. Lady at front was very nice after ordered said it be 25 minutes pizzas was ready in 20 minutes. All tables wobbled that we tried to sit at. I'm NORMALLY the one who writes POSITIVE reviews, because I think we should highlight when companies/employees do their job and also go above & beyond. But every so often a situation calls for truth.The Lee Branch Marcos Pizza is STRAIGHT UP disrespectful, I started calling them at 8:50pm to place an order for a Pizza (mind you they close at 10pm). I call, the automatic response let's me know I'll be answered in the order of the call, COOL I understand. 5 minutes pass, 10 minutes pass, 15 minutes pass..PHONE hangs up. Hmmmm I try again, automatic response...5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes...line hangs up again. I wait a few call AGAIN, a human being actually picks up, SUCCESS...WRONG!!!! He quickly says hold please at 9:36pm and puts me on hold..I stay on hold until 9:59pm where a woman picks up and says, we're closing!!!!Whomever is managing that location, your employees don't care, the blatant disrespect is wild. I will be taking this to the highest power.

Ordered for delivery and they never bothered to deliver after two hours I called. Nobody bothered to answer the phone so we drove up there. This was three hours after the order was placed. They acted like they knew what happened and it was a system error but whoops didn't seem to call. Then they told us they were sold out of what we ordered and fixed nothing. Worst ever.

Very nice and clean shopping center. I was just visiting one place in this area, but seemed to be nice & clean. Had several different stores & restaurants to pick from.
