Absolutely awful. I waited 13 minutes outside for my order. No one showed up. I went inside to see what was going on. Worker was rude to me. I showed her what ive ordered and told her i had a meal with small fries. I was given a small bag with a burger and small fries with no drink. She tried to argue with me. I wasnt being rude back. I said thank you. She said “ people be doing to much” while i was leaving. Burger was wrong too. Im never going to order from this franchise again.

Pulled up behind a lady in the right side drive thru. Waited five minutes. Pulled all the way around the building to go into the first drive thru. Waited a few, they take my order and the next three behind me in drive thru 1. She finally got her order in three cars later. Might I add, workers constantly clowning around or yelling mad at each other. Cussing repeatedly, yelling at customers, and half of the other employees were sitting outside either by their cars or on the outdoor dining patio. Food is okay. Needs a whole new night shift employee base.

This location regularly won't bring out food to curbside so you'll sit there for 20+ minutes then go inside just to be ignored. The mobile app has no way to contact McDonald's to report the issue so they are basically just charging you for nothing and offering no recourse.

Ok.. I had to edit this. My coffee and food had gone bad.. I returned to get a refund and management acted like I was the problem. If y'all have a bad experience report it to mcadvice on top of your receipt. This was complete trash.

seriously... i wouldnt have cared about waiting if it meant i actually got sauce. i know it doesn't take that long to get a new one out. the order taker also missed our medium fry and the order was never read back to us. oh
