This was my daughter’s first taste of Milo’s. She loved it. The fries and sauce especially. The Montclair Road crew is Great! I wish you could airmail some cheeseburgers to Australia!
I decided to try the Saucy Loaded Fries and my husband had the chicken fingers today! The worst decision I've made in a minute. The fries were not hot. The meat was hot, but not the fries in the loaded bowl or in my husband's combo. I'm really upset about this. Paying over 20$ for the combos. I'm still looking at it and it's been hours. I've tried eating some but couldn't finish it because the fries were so disgusting. My husband did enjoy the chicken fingers.

Service was very slow, cars backed up in the drive thru. We waited about 10 -15 minutes at the Speaker to order and another 10-15 minutes for food…. So disappointed and this has never been like that at this location.
If you are looking for fast service with a smile, Milo's is the place to go, especially in this area. Other fast food restaurants in the Irondale/Bham area often offer terrible service, including forgotten and incorrect orders, long lines, and even managers yelling at employees. Whenever I visit Milo's, it is a great experience!! The cashiers are always pleasant, and our order is correct. My favorite meal is the toasted cheese sandwich with pickles, onions, and Milo's sauce, fries, and a Coke Zero.

I ate ate the Milo’s on Skyland Blvd just now and I’m unhappy…..the only thing that was good out of my meal was the French fries. I spen $14.42 for their regular hamburger with their sauce but mayo and mustard instead. French fries, small unsweetened tea, the was good, and a lemon pie. The burger tasted as though they had already cooked it and then threw it on the grill to warm it up, and even at that, it was barely lukewarm. The fries were great and very hot and good. But so disappointed in the lemon pie….yak, it is nothing similar to the lemon pies they previously carried and served. They boast this pie to be homemade goodness! A LIE!!the exterior was soft and soggy and also by itsel just tastes like unlearn bread!! The lemon pie filling was so runny that I accidentally turned it forward as I was trying to find a napkin to spit that bite into. The previous pies had almost a gelled consistency and was delicious, I was so disappointed. And that pie cost $3.99 plus tax for something so disgusting.I will ask the mgr to refund the pie but I do not think she willMy mouth was watering for the goodness of Milo’s of the past, but wasted money I could have gone to any fast food and received more tasty food that would not have cost so much!!I won’t eat here until someone gives me a good review when they’ve come by. Oh well, thought I’d share

I hadn't been to Milo's in several years. It was my son's birthday and that's what he requested. So I had seven people to feed and I was a bit shocked as to the price of food now. No combos, just sandwiches and fries cost $70.00 and change! The inside service was exceptional, I chose that because of the size of my order. I made an inquiry about the OO sauce that was on the Crispy chicken sandwich and the server asked if I would like a taste test. I said yes please. She brought about a half order of fries and a cup of the sauce in question.(for those who also don't know, it's a mixture of ranch and Milo sauce) Actually quite good ?. The disappointment came when I got home and my 8 year old grandson chicken nuggets were not in the order. Yes, it was on my ticket, I paid for it, but I didn't want to make a trip back to get them. So, I made him some from frozen at home. I was out $7.00+ dollars but, with the time and gas I just let it slide. I think I'll be eating in for quite awhile.??
The drive thru was a little challenging, but nice customer service with a smile ?I forgot the food was Great, as well....

we were asked to pull up and park so they could bring the food out to us yet there was no one else in line the entire time. also look at the picture of how much they actually filled my cup with their famous Milo's tea. I hadn't even taken a sip yet..Thank you for your response, I do not live in the area anymore. we traveled to Birmingham from North Alabama, We do not have a Milo's in the Huntsville/Madison area only Decatur, for a doctors appointment. My wife and stepson had never eaten at a Milo's restaurant and had what I described as an amazing Milo's burger. And this was their first impression... None of the 3 cups of sweet tea were 90%+ filled, fries were warm, not hot, and the burgers were definitely not freshly cooked but were "ok".
