I just left this Milo's drive-thru where the manager personally handed me my order and it was awful and wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger combo without pickles and received a hamburger with what looked like extra pickles. I called the restaurant and didn't get any answer. This is ridiculous to be spending your hard earned money and the service is terrible. This is the second time at this Milo's but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but for the manager to hand me my order personally and my order is absolutely wrong. This is unacceptable and the district manager needs to handle this matter because it's not gonna stop!!!!

Looks nice on the inside and outside. This is the first time I've been to one of these and had no real expectations. However, compared to a dairy queen or Whataburger, much less a Five Guys. This falls very short.

The hamburgers are smaller and cost more. The restroom is ill designed. Large room. But the toilet is up against the wall with the toilet paper dispenser causing you to have to lean sideways. Dirty also. Needs to be redesigned.

Ordered via drive thru. Ordered cheeseburger combo with extra onions. Chose Milo sauce when asked about dipping sauce. I did not open bag until several miles down road. I got a burger with no onions rather than extra onions that I requested. Received no dipping sauce. Food was cold….burger and fries. It was 1:02 pm and somewhat busy so I don’t understand why it would have been cold. Fries had very little if any seasoning. Milo’s has always been one of my favorites but this was totally the most disappointing meal I have ever received at a Milo’s.

We've been going to Milo's for decades. The fries have changed dramatically. We've tried several times and they're just not like they used to be. We believe they've switched suppliers for their raw fries. Hamburgers are smaller than they used to be but what isn't. The wife loves the tea.

Drive thru at 3pm was around the building. Original Milo's burger was OK, not outstanding. Food was overpriced for the quality/value received.

I ordered more than $80 worth of food at 4:30pm on a Thursday afternoon. I hadn't been to Milo's in a long time due to moving out of state but was excited to introduce my kids to their burgers! The order was real simple 9 burgers (3 w/ no onions), 9 fries and 9 extra sauces. I was short 3 fries and 9 sauces. None of the burgers had that extra peice of meat on top of the patty. Did you all stop doing that Milo's? And they were not busy. A few people dining in, 2 cars in front of us in the drive through and a full kitchen staff (around 6 ppl). Pitiful. A Milo's cheese burger (w/ that extra peice of meat on it), grilled onion, extra sauce and a side of fries, WOW! That use to be something special! Guess selling that sugar tea at Walmart & DG is top priority and hits the P&L w/ much higher margins. The hell with the burger joint, screw QC and offer the least bit of customer service possible. Awful, thanks for the waste of money...

Milo's Trussville. We stopped about 7:00 pm today. Stood at the counter for several minutes - more than 5. Workers could see us standing there. Nobody responded to us, not even to say someone would be with us shortly. So we left

I’ll always love Milo’s, but after years of almost constantly getting something wrong with my order, I’m just tired of it. I can probably count on one hand the number of times in the last five years that my drive thru or Door Dash order has been completely correct.

My wife and I love Milo’s hamburgers, their fries, and especially their sauce. I don’t eat a lot of red beef or pork, but when I splurge, it is often at Milo’s. My wife and I have a Christmas tradition. On the afternoon of Christmas Eve we go to Milos before they close early to eat and then we drive around and look at all the Christmas lights in the various neighborhoods. I have to admit that when I moved to Birmingham and tasted a Milos hamburger for the first time, I was a bit put off; It had no lettuce or tomatoes or any of the normal hamburger dressings. It was just a hamburger patty on bun, topped with small piece of another patty, bit of chopped onions, and a pickle, all covered with Milo sauce. I’m not sure I liked the taste at first, but I quickly grew to love it. By the way, I tried Milo’s new “regular” burger (topped with regular hamburger dressings) at another Milo’s location and it was one of the best hamburgers I have ever had. That will created difficult choice the next time I go to Milo’s. Don’t be put off by the three rating I gave this location for atmosphere. It’s nothing special, but it’s fine for a hamburger joint. By the way, it appears that their hamburgers aren’t as expensive as other fast food places how much should we pay at Milo’s?Vegetarian options: This is not a place I would go for vegetarian options unless you like French fries.^Parking: Plenty of parking
