We stopped by a few days ago for a quick bite and as always the dining room and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. You should be very proud of your team of young people you have working there. As a manager of a local business it is always refreshing to see a great team that represent the brand of another business so courteously . I knew Mrs. Bea from church and I’m certain she would be so happy to know the Milos brand is represented so well in her beloved community of Cahaba Heights! Keep up the good work!

Incredible staff Gabrielle and a the young guy from the area made my day! I work at a fine dining restaurant, so Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for us. Thats a wild 12hr day for me away. I was away, from my husband & kids. But this Quiktrip through the drive-through lit up my day and got me laughing. Everyone there was kind, quick, and efficient. Gabrielle and the young guy took the time to talk to me about where I worked. The guy working(I can't remember his name) He said he'd been to, and love the restaurant I worked at. After I got my food, he had a little small talk. Then I went on with the busy day. It made for a great break! I'll be back for sure. Thank you so much Milos and Gabriella.

It’s not easy to get an all-around 5 star rating but the Monday lunch crew deserves it! Natalie helped me out this afternoon and provided excellent service. Quick, friendly, and thorough from the moment I walked in the door.The food was fantastic as well. Not a fan of the Milo's sauce on the burger but it's basically BBQ & im not a BBQ fan. Went through the drive through & was missing extra sauce when I got back to the house but the honey mustard we did have was good. The chicken tender sandwich was hot & I liked the sauce on it. I'd likely get this again on another visit

Food is good (always been Milo's fan) & the 4 stars for service are for in store only. The app 'appeared' to take my order and credit card (I even got the confirm text) but didn't take my order (didn't charge me, whew) but I didn't know this till going inside to pick up my order. Nope. They didn't get it so THEN I had to get in line thus waiting longer. The counter lady knew I was 'put out' and tried to hustle. So...until app works (not sure how you know till you try), I'd just go in or drive thru...

Employees here are always very nice and seem happy to be there. I order drive through during lunch when I go. Fries are always hot and crispy. Service is usually fast with a short line or no line at all.

The best thing about the experience other than the amazing southern hospitality was the milkshake. Maybe it's nostalgia but I remember Milo's being so much better. The chicken and fries were subpar. I appreciate the good service but it only gets you so far for continuing food business. Definitely get the milk shakes though!
