We arrived at 7:15pm. We were seated fairly quickly. We then waited 45 min. When our appetizer final shows up. It was incomplete and very greasy. Over an hour from the time we ordered we still had not received the steaks we ordered. During the hour we were there we never saw our waitress other than when she took our orders. We asked the front of the house manager about our food and we were just told we would have to wait. Final after more than an hour we left without having eaten. Not a good place to go. There was a part time gentleman that was seating people. Said he had been a manager at one point but now just helped out part time. He was very nice and apologetic for the poor service we recieved. He did arrange for us not to pay for the drinks and really bad appetizers that we couldn’t eat.

Very unhelpful staff. Working for DoorDash, I enter the restaurant where I’ve never been before and I stand at the host desk waiting for help (about 5 minutes) where I noticed two workers at the bar (who even acknowledged me) that never offered any help. As a doordasher, we also deserve respect! We’re helping lots of stores make money.

We waited almost 2 hours for our food. The restaurant floors were nasty and the restroom had no soap. Once we finally got our meal, my steak and potatoes were lukewarm at best. Our waitress was very sweet and apologetic.

This is near our house so we go occasionally. I love their blackberry martinis and their steaks are good. The bread is delicious. The service is hit or miss. Our waitress tonight ignored the fact when I told her it was my husband’s birthday so I kept telling her every time she came to our table until she finally wished him a happy birthday. I wasn’t about to let her ignore it! She didn’t keep our empty dishes cleared off the table and left them there til the end and seemingly had no personality at all. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good night. Who knows. But the waitress at the table next to us was cheerful and talking to her patrons and seemed great so it’s really just a matter of who you get as your server. But the food and drinks and prices are good. Customer service goes a long way though. Just saying….
Easy to find location with good parking. Service were essentially zombies with little to no interactivity or personality, however they were responsive. The food is good and the atmosphere is great.
Tonight. Valentines 2024. My date and I were served by the best waitress. I wished I got her name. She was 19 and looked to be pregnant. But she was awesome. The manager personally came to my table and advocated me on the drink I needed to remain in ketosis. He was genuinely so helpful and knowledgeable, plus checking on us. He and his employee. Our waitress made our first date extra special. Great team at the 280 store.
