I love being able to walk to get coffee, and living in Avondale, Punch Love is always my go-to. High-quality and expertly brewed, I have always had a great experience and an even greater latte. With my work schedule, my only critique is I wish hours either opened a few minutes earlier or stayed open later into the afternoon, but c'est la vie.

Saturday morning coffee stop. We got 2 cappuccinos with a morning bun and a croissant. The pastries were very good as were the cappuccinos. The croissant was the size of a cat and buttery sweet. The coffee lacked the bitter espresso edge that I love, but was good and on part with June's or Filter's. Not much space inside Punch Love but the patio should be very nice soon.

Atmosphere: Punch Love Coffee is a small, bright shop in the Makebhm space. There are several tables outside but only a few small tables inside, so it may be more difficult to come with a larger group. The interior is minimalistic with plants scattered around the cafe, as well as a giant monstera! Service: The owner/barista was very nice! One thing to note is that they don't have wifi, so this might not be the optimal place for working remotely. Food: We ordered a vanilla cappuccino and regular cappuccino. They were both served at a nice temperature -- not too hot or cold. The vanilla was a bit on the sweet side, but we still very much enjoyed our drinks. Overall: We loved how intimate and refreshing Punch Love Coffee felt. The drinks were good, and the vibes were positive and friendly. We'd say Punch Love Coffee is a great place to read, chat, and enjoy a drink.
My favorite coffee shop of all time. My favorite iced coffee is the Televangelist made with oat milk, it's a seasonal drink I believe? Wish I could find other coffee places that offered what I believe he said it was made from dates and tahini syrup or something? Delicious.

This spot is my favorite coffee shop in Birmingham. Maybe actually anywhere. The owner is super knowledgeable about coffee. Super friendly and always quick to serve while having a nice friendly conversation. The quality of the espresso is always top notch. I've never had a bad shot from this place. Highest quality. Cannot recommend this place enough for your daily cup.

The man that works there and owns the place, Matt I believe, loves what he does!! That’s his element! The coffee is unmatched! Craft coffee at its finest! I got the cappuccino with oat milk and hint of honey, and let me tell you…oh my Jesus…you can taste the quality of the espresso that was pulled for MY coffee. The attention to detail?!?! Give this man his flowers!Absolutely amazing experience!
